Tire Tracks, was new to me. When at first, my tire started going low, I called someone else, they recommended Tire Tracks to me. So I called Julie and they did lots and the Tire didnt' go down again.
One day at Krogers I saw this large nail in the Tire. I called Julie, told her what happened and she got me straight in.
She ordered me a new Tire and gave me an appointment. She said if you don't need it we can send it back no problem.
The Tire still holding air strong, at my appointment. This nice young man came and said this is your lucky day. The thing that was in my Tire didn't cause my Tire to leak.
Because of my health, my age, and this weather. Also th fact that I didn't have a spare Tire, I decided to go ahead and get the new Tire put on. Also I kept my old tire.
Because of the way Julie was alway getting me in as fast as she could, and the fact that the Tire was still usable. My feelings were they were helping me. Not just trying to get a sale.
I felt I'd stepped back into the 60's and 70's. For their costumes service. The price was better then the competitivers. And they even, spin balance the Tire, before putting it on. By others prices that was a bonus at Tire Tracks.
I respect people who respect me.

Tire Trax was able to locate the issue (right rear wheel tire speed sensor) and, get the part & repair it in a timely manner. No issue's after the repair. I was very pleased with their service and, they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

After seeing they give free tire rotations, I needed an oil change as well figured I'll give them a try. We've known Julie for a long time from previous dealership where knew she was very good at her job and up front and honest with us. The service was wonderful at Tire Tracks. I was very impressed that we got a report by email showing lots of pictures to prove that the work that was done. This was very impressive! We paid less for an oil change there then we would have at our usual dealer not to mention the FREE tire rotation and 59 point inspection! We will be back!!
Tire Tracks in Sterling, IL has become my go-to place for auto service. The staff is always helpful in going the extra mile to resolve issues both mechanical and tire related. They even helped with a fix to my crumpled bumper. I would have resorted to a zip tie fix, but their mechanic went a step beyond for me. I have had several visits for service as I maintain 3 different vehicles approaching high mileage!

I typically go in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated and replaced as needed. Overall, I’ve always been happy with the Tire Tracks. Recently, I did have to have something replaced on my car, which was electrical.

I was consistently impressed with Tire Tracks of Sterling the last 2.5 years I have lived in the area. They offer free diagnostics, fair prices and could easily tell you to get things repaired when they are not quite due, but they are honest and tell you when you have time to wait on repairs. From replacing tires, oil changes, repairing exhaust systems, to replacing brakes and rotors they consistently provide great quality services, friendly customer service and valuable prices! I’m sad to be leaving the area and won’t be able to utilize their services.

Great experience from Julie out front to all the guys in back. They care about their customers. They go out of their way to make you feel confident that everything they are doing is going to give you the best workmanship you can receive.
