The owner was very kind and helpful, and the store was clean and organized. He tests all electronics before putting them on the floor and has very good deals. I recommend to anyone trying to save a buck on a good quality product!

I went in for a loan on some items. The owner was very helpful and courteous. He gave me fair price and was professional. Definitely helped me out in a pinch.
I wouldn’t recommend this pawn shop. I visited not too long ago to sell some gold. The guy behind the desk had no idea what he was doing. He said our certified diamonds were fake, even when we had documented paperwork with us. He tried to offer us $70, when all of the local jewelry stores offered us around $800. Lastly, he was so incredibly unprofessional. I witnessed a 50+ year old man throw a temper tantrum behind the desk because another customer enter the building and was asking for help. I’ll never come back to this shop.

Walked in 10 mins to close- the owner was the one who assisted me-Needed a laptop for work- I picked a laptop out and was about to pay. Seen the owner was demoing a HP Zbook Fury. The thing looks brand new-- i said id take it.he said he would hooked me up- my self not knowing laptopsI agreed to the price. And he threw in a free laptop bag-- came home looked up the price of this model and I paid half the price or even maybe 60% less than a brand new one. He even gave a warranty for it. Currently doing 15% off on laptops but he maybe doing that on other merchandise too--- He had lots of other things at a glance- autographs, hand held video games and many other things-- for one I'd like to say thank you for being there! And for the deal! Before you go to a walmart or best buy or a another city pawnshop, shop local and check out his shop across from Tbk bank in Sterling IL in the down town area. He's been in business over a decade. If that tells you anything, it means he will be there for you! And he's treating people right!

Very polite owner, quick to greet and help as soon as you walk through the door. Nice wide selection of things in great condition with fair prices. Shop is well lit, maintained and clean. While I was in I witnessed someone come in to pawn an item and the process was very smooth and fast. I am very glad I stopped in when I had the chance and I will definitely be stopping by whenever I am in the area.
