Replacing a 12 volt battery did not have the BCI/Group # initially. Ryan was able to get the proper battery & verified the BCI on the dimensions I provided. Was able to get the battery installed in time to make an event. Great service. Thanks Ryan

Brian I believe his name is, really went out of the way to make sure what I was told else where about my vehicle was what I needed after hearing a little conflicting things in my story. I only needed this 6-8 dollar bottle and I was frantically trying to buy a handful of things to try and solve it. Now when I need something I get it here, it's better than auto zone and o'reillys, just wish they carried my oem oil filter.
Guy told me all his drivers where out on deliveries. After walking to the the store. I noticed the drivers where all there. Then he says, we don't have that tool. After asking him to make sure, he found it. End result was I got what I needed.
My car broke down due to a charging system failure causing the battery to discharge and the engine to die. I was two blocks away from this store. I went in and explained my situation. The counterman offered me two choices for a battery. I took the stronger of the two and he was able to give me a discount. After installing the battery, I was able to limp my car home (over 80 miles) on that battery saving me a massive tow bill.

Very helpful !! Needed my headlight bulb changed, the guy came right out, unbolted the headlight and moved the old bulb around a bit, trying to get it out, and it came back on...great ! He put it all back together for me, happy that I was able to save some $.... Pulled out of the parking lot and it burned out... Went right back in, he unhooked everything again and replaced the bulb. It was -15° outside and he just helped me.... I appreciate that very much .... Thank you NAPA !!!!
