The man took my vehicle to the wrong location after I paid 78$ when the place was down the road from my house (not even a mile.) Instead of hooking it back up to tow it to the correct place he takes it upon himself to jump in my vehicle (which is obviously not supposed to be driven considering I’m paying it to get towed!) the man drives it to the correct location. If I would have known that I would have just possibly blown my engine myself and drove it down the road to the shop! This happened about 5 hours ago and I have still not heard back from management to even think to resolve my issue! Highly do not recommend!

I was a passenger in a car wreck recently. Carnaghis was the one who towed the car. It happened march 1, 2025 at around 4 am. I had left my hat in the car the night of the wreck, I went to get belongings and look for it and it was gone. I'm guessing a worker stole it because it stayed in the car. Very upset because it was my favorite hat!

HARASSED BY THE DRIVER! Its been a few years. That said this needs to be said so Carnaghi can eliminate issues in the future. My vehicle was under a tree. There was some low hanging low branches. When the driver arrived with outeven saying Hello he says "i'm telling you right now, don't try and say I scratched your vehicle, if your going to park it under a tree! I was GOT just immediate aggression and hatefulness. The correct thing would have been to try and just move it forward some. The Competition never treated me that way. Whats the deal my problem wasn't worth their time? My Money was no good? I hope the Office staff ensures this behavior from a driver never happens again EVER.
Thank you for all of your help in towing my daughter’s car on Friday night. Wayne was very helpful, prompt, and polite. Great cost for an emergency tow. Dispatcher was polite and got Wayne out to us quickly. Highly recommend and will most definitely use them in the future!

Crew did a great job getting our road mill loaded. 80,000lbs and got it lifted and pulled onto our lowboy trailer safely. The crew had everything they needed and were even early on site.
This place is legit and awesome.
I tried another towing company nearby and noticed it was a third-party service and a scam company. They asked me to send them a photo of my drivers license. Then noticed all the good reviews for that company were fake and noticed the bad reviews for this company Carnaggi were fake. You can tell fake reviews by the info given, the broken English, and the profile usually only has that one review.
Everybody hates it when your vehicle breaks down. Luckily we have the luxury of a great tow company in town. I called Carnaghi towing and they were there in like 15 minutes and got my truck loaded on a Flatbed and down the road to my mechanic in no time. Price was very fair and my driver Jerry was a nice friendly guy to talk to while he loaded it up. Highly recommend!!
Driver was excellent at his job, nice, courteous, but $109 for a tow less than a mile? Carnaghis management is all about getting the most they can get for the least amount of work. If only Johnson’s had been available.
We got our RV stuck, blocking a two lane road. Spent 2 hours waiting for AAA to send a tow truck. A local said to just call Carnaghi. Glad we did. Showed up quickly, got us unstuck. Very friendly technicians, would recommend.
This place was very friendly last night and towed my vehicle no problem from Urbana but a guy answered today when I needed it towed from Care to the place I had my engine put in at to have it checked out kept saying that he wanted physical proof that the repair bill at Care was paid and it wasn't good enough if someone called to verify this information!! This guy then called back after he hung up and asked if it was taken care of with an attitude and was told yes it was that the place can be put on speakerphone and then said well do u want a tow or not! This guy who answered your company phone needs to be fired before he runs u out of business LOL

Had an incident with a classic truck broke down in the middle of the road. Tow truck driver Dustin done an excellent job picking truck up hauling to my home and unloading without doing further damage. Thanks for the help.
Had dead battery and tired of waiting for roadside.called was told no contract but would accept their call.got text saying carnaghi would be 40 min. 51 min called and broke up a party was told message 'just' came through and 40 min after he gets payment. Was then berated that should pay cash and get reimbursed..he wanted $69. Hung up got a polite, quick jump for $20 from another company. Highly suspect took payment from metro mile anyway. Definitely not the company it was 10 years ago
My car was towed and it had my personal belongings in it (my purse, ID, debit card, medicine) the two office people were very rude and strung me alone for a week to be able to get my stuff. Now they say I have to pay the PNT which is against the law to with hold my personal belongings. I have no use for this tow company. They don't even deserve one star in my book
They don't know how to jump start a semi. I needed a jump and they came and charged me over $200.00 and couldn't get it to start. The owner operator came out and started it with ease with only a jump pack, and they had a whole truck
Brandon and Jerry were just fantastic. We were stuck in the ditch in single digit weather in the middle of a blizzard at night and they took such good care of us. They were friendly and kind and their top priority was making sure the kids and I were safe. Truly life savers!
They were Johnny on the spot for getting our punctured tire switched out for our spare. They got to us in about 20 minutes and on the road again within 30 minutes. Much faster than many tow services I've used before. Very friendly. Not sure if $75 was a good deal or not but it was worth getting our family back on the road.
I had contracted with Carneghi towing to remove a car from a property I own. I gave then two and a half weeks, I called back and asked for a timeline, they said they don't do that and I said maybe I need to find someone else, she said ok and hung up. Contacted Coffman towing and they jumped right on it.
I had spun out on the interstate and they had come to rescue in 45 min- which was quick considering we were in the middle of nowhere. They took my car to their shop to see if they could fix what was wrong and when they couldn't they took us to a shop that could and even dropped us off at the hotel we were staying at. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you guys for everything!
