Very rude guy’s. Don’t even know what is a customer service. Waiting for a part almost a week and they just told that is a some problem with credit card which been used with any other business without any problems!!!!! Never give you a call back to help you with something. So much disappointed!!!!
Was told I was buying a fully functioning steering column with airbag and extra buttons than the wheel I currently own. Made three separate trips up to pay for and pick up the item, only to be told it wasn’t functional as they promised upon pulling it from the car, but they had an exact same column I could buy. Fast forward to the next day, I get the “new” column. Same as the one I have. No airbag. Not functional. Missing the clock spring and connectors were ripped out of it, leaving it worthless. So why was I charged almost $200? Very unprofessional and trying to recant promises to cover their rears. I’ll go to 111 or pick and pull before ever returning here again.
Make sure you comparison shop before you go. Friend of mine found out after the fact that he paid a lot more for used parts from here than he could have paid for brand new. Rotor and hub bearing from here was almost 80 dollars. Then he found out that brand new for the same parts it would have only been 63 dollars. When they were asked about this was told they will charge whatever they want. Said they didn't care they were charging more for junk yard parts than it would be to get new.
Extremely rude worker! We pulled up to the lot. Guy came up to my window, the first and only thing he told me was to get off his lot because it is a no trespassing area! And no I was not in front of the shed or anything like that. I was on the far side of the parking lot out of any possible way! This was at 10:30 am on a Thursday! You will not receive my business!
Absolute best customer service and REALLY helped me in my situation...I had my vehicle stolen and was able to pick UP my car until 4 days later...the owner was kind enough to waive the storage fee for all 4 days!!! Thank you again Black Lane!! You truly are compassionate and just All around a great business...best wishes for many years to come!!
It's a sham that they are part of Caseyville police car theft ring for the poor to costly to the hard worker to get there vehicle back to maintain life even when not in the wrong
Their parts are pretty crappy try to sell me a broken part worse in the part that was already broke that I had tried to charge me $50 for it I found out it was broken he tried to say I broke it I do not recommend this place
So rude I called asked about a part guy said I called 5 minutes ago this is my first and last time calling them I was trying to ask about a battery also but got rudely hung up on called back about the battery he was rude again worst customer service seem like the guy just didn't want to work
