I'd recently got stopped saying my headlight was out and I was able to call up this location and they confirmed they had my headlight model. When I went to the store their associate Brandon was able to help me install it after my personal attempts failed. It was so quick and so easy. Thank you for all your help 😎

i brought two oils here one for transmission fluid and car oil and I came back to recycle they oil they didn't accept it I might not buy here again and a women who work there at night and wear glasses has a horrible attitude

I wanted to say thank you to the manager “Andy” and the tech that changed out my battery. I’m from out of state and was having some problems with the charging system of my vehicle. The guy jumped into action tested the battery in with in minutes me my family my dog were on our way with a new battery! Thank you for smooth driving!!!

I have been looking for a 2004 Mustang GT and used the Lemon Squad to have them check it over for me. The inspector found a number for a diagnosis but could not tell me the reason. I discussed it with a young man at Auto Zone. He assured me it was not necessarily a problem since the car had not been driven far enough. I bought windshield wipers for my Camry. The young man put them on for me in the rain. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Let me begin by saying I’ve been going to this AutoZone since the day it opened. I don’t live far from it, and while there are other options nearby like Advance Auto Parts and O’Reilly Auto Parts. I remained loyal to AutoZone. But today was the last time I will ever step foot in that store. About two months ago, I went in to buy a taillight bulb. I stood at the counter while three or four staff members were present, and not a single person greeted or acknowledged me. When someone finally did, I explained, “I need a bulb for my truck,” and shared the year, make, and model. I then asked, “Would anyone be able to help me put it in?” One of the employees, not the one helping me, walked by and said, loudly enough for the entire store to hear, “They don’t pay me to help people outside the store. If they want me to do that, they better start paying me more money.” The employee who did come out to help was unsure how to install the bulb, which I understood, was not necessarily his responsibility. But here’s where things went south. My daughter, who was 26 years old at the time, was sitting in the passenger seat. As we were finishing up, the staff member asked me to test the turn signals. I asked my daughter to turn the signal left, then right. When it didn’t work, the employee said, “She’s a girl and very young you do it, please.” I looked at him and said, “She is 26 years old, has a driver’s license, and holds a master’s degree she can turn a turn signal left and right.” Nothing else was said. As I pulled away, my lights began flashing on and off. I returned to the parking spot and asked my daughter to go back in and tell him what was happening. She came back out with TEARS in her eyes and said, “Dad, I can’t. I won’t talk to them anymore.” I asked her what happened. She told me she explained the issue, and the man responded, “You don’t know what you’re talking about. Send your dad back in here.” At that point, I walked back in, frustrated, and told them I wanted the original bulb back. I said I would put it in myself and left. Today, I decided to give them one more try. Anyone can have a bad day, right? As I walked in, a young female employee said, loudly and in front of everyone. “I’m leaving. I’m off the clock. I have to get out of here before you guys ask me to stay and help someone.” Again, not one person said, Hello, or We’ll be right with you. I had intended to purchase something priced at $59.99, but after being ignored yet again and what the female staff said as I walked in the store, I walked out and went to Advance Auto Parts. I don’t understand how that store is still open with such rude and disrespectful employees. I will gladly drive 100 miles if I have to before I give AutoZone another dime.

Called to get quote on cabin filter was told to hold by female that answered around 530 pm . This was fine till I waited over 10 min with no response back . I hung up and called again she answered and again puts me on hold this time not even telling me . Please teach employee phone handling skills. My 3 year old can answer calls better if u need help . Thank you

Just received a phone call from my daughter telling me that some lady at the rock island store told her to check her oil with the engine running. Stupid advice. You have to leave your car off and sitting for a short while to allow all the oil in the block to drain down to the oil pan so you can get an accurate reading. Someone might want to do some re-training.

I really don't care to visit these places ,unless they have a better price or only place that has what is needed? Most of the staff at most of the stores are young, unwilling to assist or even ask if help is needed? Uninformed, and treats customers like their unintelligent or un educated? I don't wanna point fingers? Milan, Illinois will not get my business ever again? Management shouldn't be in their 20's and unwilling to dictate things that need to get done? All I've ever seen is everyone is standing around, unwilling to do the jobs they were hired to do? My apology, rant over.

Autozone as always was very helpful. Recently I was at O'Reilly's and they were more interested in selling than helping. Thankfully Autozone, and it's employees continue to be helpful and do assist with any needs or questions! Bravo

Know what you need before going in because the workers have no idea what they are doing! Went to get antifreeze the guy told picked one out told me that was the one for my vehicle. It didn't say it was so I went outside and called the dealership who told me DO NOT PUT THAT IN YOUR VEHICLE!! dear told me the right kind and I went somewhere else and got it! Another time I went to have them hook up the machine that supposed to read codes. Told me I had a bad fuel injector and wanted me to buy fuel injector cleaner. Didn't sit well with me so I waited until I went to the dealership only to find out my battery was low. Mind you I had autozone test the battery and was told it was fine. Replaced the battery and all is well.

Went in to purchase some car cleaning supplies. The person behind the counter older guy was rude threw the items pretty much at me didn't not offer me a bag. This is autoze not a back yard store very unprofessional.

Beware. You cant return things. I bought light bulbs that the package said white. Went home and plugged in 1 bulb and it was yellow. Returned to store for refund & they refused. The manager said the were "BURNED". It was plugged in for 5 seconds & somehow that "Burned" BOTH BULBS. LOL. What BS! They would not return my money! Dont ask for a Manager...they ALL are managers, and they just agree with each other. My only regret is, if I wasnt so angry, I should have compared it to some on the shelf. Horrible service & not the first time!

Great service. BUT why were the barriers moved?? Masks were worn but the plexiglass barriers not in use? They give me comfort. All week the guys n gals wore gloves, but not today. Just concerned about health for all

I think some things can be a little pricey but they are always friendly and go out of their way to help you and because of Brady an employee at the rock island location who went above and beyond to solve my issue and was very speedy at doing so.. I can drive safe again!!! Thanks so much Brady your a great asset to the company! This is why I will keep coming back and recommend autozone to others.

Walked in,no customers,just me ,had to walk to back register where the 2 guys were talking ,they finished their personal conversation before asking if i needed help. Got brake shoes,spring kit and 2 drums,informed him $2 cheaper at advanced each drum.well guess i should of looked at receipt, because he didnt price match as they said on phone. Correct parts but Poor customer service and attitude!

Thought we had the part # we needed called to see if they had it. Worker asked us to double check with manual. Checked to find we were wrong. Didn't talk down or point out that he was right, just ordered the correct item and got as soon as possible.
