Top notch store. I'm not handy but my daughter was visiting from college and her battery died on a Sunday. I called all over to find a place that would install a battery I buy from them. I was met with closed stores and sold out batteries until I reached Shawna at advance. She was helpful and said they had the battery I needed and would install it. I got a jump start and drove over. A gentleman helped me and I wish I could remember his name. He did not balk at having to go out in the cold and install my battery. I highly recommend this store.
Josh was exceptional in helping me out with a situation on Sunday. Going above and beyond to assist me when I didn't have the tools necessary to swap out my flat tire. He was patient and nice.

Great experience with Ceaser and Josh very knowledgeable knows exactly what they’re doing .!! Every time I come in it’s quick fast and easy to get parts . I had car I was buying and fixing . Long story short the guy back out the deal and I have parts ordered and they helped me with my refund no problem even after delivering the parts to my mechanic. This advanced auto parts is so helpful! They are my go to auto parts store (even though there is a competitor 2 minutes down the road) because they are friendly and knowledgeable. Today they helped me change my battery and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I first went to their competitor across the street. They weren't able to help me nor were they interested in explaining why. Auto Zone checked my car and walked away without even speaking to me. When I finally asked what was going on all they did was send me across the street to Advanced Auto. The gentleman at Advanced was able to help me. He found the simple problem and give me lots of options on how to fix it. He was also very friendly. I would recommend this location if you need help.
Advance has auto parts most of them to a good price of course because they are not better quality. I would like advance could carry better products made in other countries not just made in China.
I went to Advance Auto to get a test on my starter,battery and alternator. My battery was bad. A new battery was installed but unfortunately my car still would not start. One of the employees (his name was Nick) took time to figure out the problem. It turns out it was the starter! A super big shout out to the employees at Advance!! They were super helpful and friendly. A very big thank you to Nick…he went out of his way to be very helpful!! Thank you!!!
Great customer service and had everything I needed and even came from behind the counter to go get the items I was needing for me very promptly. All in all I was extremely satisfied and I will definitely be a return customer!
After I purchased my first item which was a tail light/turn signal light bulb replacement I went back home to replace it. I initially thought they had given me the wrong product so I went back to the store to see if that was the case. The gentleman behind the counter immediately double checked to make sure it was the right bulb and found that it was the correct replacement. After he found that it was the right one he came out to my car and helped me diagnose the problem and fix my issue within five minutes. All in all I couldn't be any happier with the service and treatment I received from Advanced Auto Parts and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Was able to special order a seal that I didn't think I'd be able to find anywhere but the dealer. I've been to this store several times now and they've always been able to help with what I needed.
Usually they are pretty quick to help or assist with customer needs. 75% of the time they have what I've needed or inquired about. If they don't carry or have on hand , not real enthusiastic about getting part for ya or giving ideas to where one might find , said parts. A little on the pricey side. But that's how it goes when being close, Supercedes consistency.
The gentleman that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He installed the a new battery and wipers on the car and we were back on the road quickly.

Manufacture date less than 3 years old. Gold series which has 3 year warranty.
Not the original buyer of the battery. So won't replace it.
In fact didn't even come check the battery or try to sell me one. Know the battery is bad because of check at Autozone.

This is why I go to AutoZone or O'Reilly Auto Parts.
First time in your store. Chance to earn my business and you didn't even try.
Battery isn't even 3 years old. Clearly it should be covered by warranty.
