They were fast and friendly. Every month, I get an add from them in the mail. They'll change your key FOB for $6.99 + Tax. I've been meaning to come by for months. They were further away than I thought, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and there was one gentlemen ahead of me. I will be back with my backup key. Good service. Great speed!
I needed a new battery for my Toyota Sienna. I called the store and they were very kind on the phone. They were able to give me my options and also let me know I could come in and they’d take care of it without an appointment! I came into the store and it was super quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful!
I was having a hard time finding a battery for my Kubota tractor when I called this place. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone who looked up what I needed and found it in stock, told me the price and I went there right away (11/4/2025). I backed up to the door and was greeted by Matt who brought my battery to my car, took the old one out for me and rang up the sale. Done deal. Outstanding service from phone call to out the door. Staff at this interstate battery store was very friendly. I walked in and was promptly greeted, and made feel important. As they talked to me, I didn't feel like everything was supposed to be a transaction. They spoke to me on a person yo person level, not just a customer. This is why I will continue using interstate batteries for all my automotive battery needs.
I went there to have my battery checked. I did not catch his name but he's a blonde guy. Super friendly & informative. He got me all checked out & battery replaced within 30 minutes. Great customer service & great prices.
Interstate All Battery Center is a great place to purchase automotive and lawn tractor batteries. I have recently purchased new batteries for 2 of my vehicles and my lawn tractor here and I got really high quality batteries that will last quite a while. I decided to purchase AGM type batteries for my truck and SUV because of their higher durability over lead acid type batteries. My truck requires two batteries to operate and the extra money for the AGM's was well worth it. When using and starting the truck I can tell that there is much more available power than I had before which will help considerably this winter. The employees at Interstate installed both batteries for me and I was surprised when they had them installed in less than 15 minutes. When they replaced the battery in the SUV a couple weeks before, I don't think it took them much longer than 5 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful while I was there and answered any questions I had. They did a good job at earning my future business and as long as things go this way when I am there, they will continue to get my business. I recommend everyone to stop by there storefront and use them to replace their auto batteries. I highly recommend that you try the AGM batteries if you can afford to spend the extra money. It's well worth it especially considering the rough Midwest winters that we can experience here.

I have bought many, many batteries from this place over the years from diesel trucks, jeeps, and boats, but I will never buy another product from them or Interstate Battery dealer.
I've been having a little trouble with my auxiliary battery belonging to one of my Jeep Wrangler JL Ecodiesel. For those, that don't know, these batteries are notorious for causing problems with the proper operation of these vehicles. I've had the same problem previously, and a fresh auxiliary battery was the fix. I tried to get a new battery for my 10 month old auxiliary battery that had a 1 year warranty and the representative refused. Checked battery with his voltmeter and said battery is fine. I promise you, that after owning two of these vehicles, that the auxiliary battery is the problem!!!!!!!!

Today, again I needed a new car battery and had the same experience--an in-stock battery installed within 10 minutes and I went away feeling like they truly appreciated my business.
Took my Samsung 23 Ultra to Interstate because the screen kept getting "Smudges" on it from the Oil on my Fingers when I Swiped up and down Using it ! I have done Business with Interstate Battery before and always had Good Luck ! They put "Investigated" the Problem and put a new Screen Cover/Protector on it and after (3) days of "Normal Use",the seems to have Gone Away ! GOOD JOB Interstate Battery,and at a Very Reasonable Price ! 👍😎🇺🇸
I called 3 motorcycle service shops, and none of them had the battery that this Interstate Battery Location had. They even had 2 different versions of what I needed. Very well supplied location.

These guys are my heroes!!!! I highly recommend this place. When they went to replace my trucks battery on 5-24-2023, one of the bolts holding down the battery was stripped and was giving them difficulty, yet they stuck with it and got it done!! I'm disabled and I was very impressed at how accommodating they are. Another customer was also there who was hard of hearing, the clerk was so compassionate and took his time to assist that gentleman in a patient manner as well.
Bought a replacement fob for our van. Price was significantly better than others, and it included programming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The morning before my son's wedding dress rehearsal, I turned my car on to get a notice that my key fob battery needed replacement. I had a coupon that was old but they were willing to let me use it. I drove there first. They quickly replaced the battery and I was on my way. The man who waited on me was pleasant. They also replace cell phone , flashlight, and have car batteries for replacement.
As always, Steve Gibson’s Interstate Battery store in Rock Island IL provided, fast, friendly and professional service for me today. My truck wasn’t starting well. I stopped in without an appointment. I walked in the door and was immediately waited on. Within 5 minutes a tech was testing both batteries on my diesel truck. The tech explained the test and showed me the bad cells. I was then presented with several options / prices on batteries. I made my decision and the new batteries were installed properly, with care not to scratch my vehicle and the battery terminals were coated with a protective coating to prevent corrosion. This is normal outstanding service I always receive from this business. Thank you!
Dave and Matt helped me with amazing customer service. It only took an hour to repair my phone and they applied a screen protector for me for no charge. I’m definitely coming back for more repairs and/or phone accessories because the customer service here was impeccable especially for a teenager.
Terrible customer service. Wish I could give a review with negative stars. As soon as I told them that I have had nothing but trouble with a deep cycle battery purchased from them I got a whole new customer attitude (horrible)!! Had problems since day one, told me it was my boat. Had my whole electrical system tested (explained that) then I was talked to like I was an ignorant person. Took the battery somewhere else to have tested before I took it back to the family owned Interstate battery and was told the battery was junk! When I got back to Interstate family owned in Rock island I had a very disrespectful 10 year battery specialist tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and maybe I should find another battery manufacturer and they refused to warranty anything. I own 2 tractors 2 boats 1 Polaris 1 car 1 truck 1 suv, all with Interstate batteries. I'll put yard sale batteries in before I go back there again. I did call Interstate and they informed me with the same information they gave a person in another review (Johnny Cool). Read Johnny's review! Same situation.
Without a doubt the best and even more, consistent service i have ever had. These people have it ingrained in their culture to be caring. They will always have my buisness. Every town i have been in they have always been a step above other retailers. Nice work Interstate. Well done!
