I hit a deer and the front of my car was smashed pretty good. You can’t even tell it has ever had a scratch plus my car was spotless when I picked it up. They kept me updated on the progress. All very professional. A+
I took my van in for a broken AC. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, but I expected that! I had a few other issues as well, squeaky brakes, and a clunk from missing engine mount bolts. I knew about the issues already and couldn't afford more work so I didn't say anything about them. When I picked up my vehicle (same day!) the manager asked about the clunk...the technician noticed it and was surprised I didn't say anything. Anyway, he had a bolt or two laying around the shop and put it in. I was told this was at least 80 or 90 dollars a bolt by the Dodge dealership and then I would have to pay for labor on top of that (which is why I was waiting). MVP just took care of it for me while they were in there. I also noticed as I drove away that my squeaky brakes were fixed. It seems they took the time to lubricate them as well.
I am extremely satisfied with the work on my vehicle. It feels like a brand new car and I am so relieved to finally have everything fixed!
I’ve had several vehicles here and I’ve found that this is the only auto body shop I will ever use! I’ve been to many shops over the years and MVP is the best! I’ve consistently had the best experiences here and best results!!!!
Went in for an estimate. The person acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there and then really wouldn't tell me anything about my car at all. I'm assuming because I'm a female and not worth his time. Find somewhere better!!
I have had 2 deer collisions in the past several years. Both times I took my truck to MVP. Derek and his team do great work. They communicate with you very well through the repair process, and treat your vehicle with respect and care. Use this shop with confidence.
They are OUTSTANDING!! Got hit by a semi and my SUV looked better after they fixed it, plus they gave me a loaner because I didn't have car rental on my policy. Todd Whitney is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They do excellent work. They are professional, and they communicate everything along the way. I will use them for every collision repair needed (hopefully not often :) )

I drove from Davenport on my day off to drop my car off to get a break caliber replaced ...they were short one guy and Instead of calling me and rescheduling they let me drop it off and called me back to come get it because they couldn't work on it....SMH...terrible and unprofessional ...seek business elsewhere if you ask me
Though I had to wait 3 months for an appointment, I wasn't in a hurry. Someone ran into the back of my brand new car and I needed the bumper replaced. When my appointment came, I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and the gentleman that was walking around turning on lights made sure I had reminded Enterprise to pick me up. They estimated about 3 days for work, but it ended up being 5. I expected that, as I told them I wasn't in a hurry, insurance approved me for a month with a rental. I was updated via text the entire time my vehicle was in the shop and I received a call the day it was finished. I happened to have Covid, so they accommodated my pickup by leaving the paperwork and key in my seat for me. When I got home, I noticed they had vacuumed my car, as well as provided a spot shampoo (which my car honestly really needed), and they also, to my surprise touched up a spot on my car that was dinged, then rusted. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and just the simple comradery that came with taking my vehicle to MVP Auto. I'd take my car back there any time, insurance claim or not :)
We had a technician stuck in Milan(we do not normally go there) MVP was able to help get our van back on the road. We were in a pinch they were soon to close but still got the job done. More than fair pricing. Wish I had this kind of service available everywhere. Sadly hard to find good hones people. Thank you MVP
Worst place ever! I call and ask if they want to work on my car, I tell them I have an 84 Cutlass which happens to be in really good shape. As soon as I get the year out of my mouth the young man on the phone who was in the mechanic shop replies with no! Wouldn't even touch it! And then I get switched over to the paint shop and ask them if they'd like to paint the car and they tell me they're not interested in the work they have too much on their plate. I didn't even give them a date or time when I needed it done? I'm baffled
I was so pleased with the service and work that they did at MVP! After the damage was fixed to my car they did a detail job on it and it looked like it was fresh out of the showroom! Thank you so much!
Great customer service. When I had trouble with the car rental agency MVP offered to return the car for me. They did great work on my car and even detailed the inside of it for me.
All the guys at MVP are the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They truly deserve more than a 5 star rating honestly. Derek ( the owner ) has really created quite the business. I will continue to take my car there for literally everything . Keep it up guys !
