bad service I ever had, they just took my money but not did any service for my truck. I not prefer to fix your truck s at this shop because in this shop not have any master mechanic who can fix the truck or understand what's going on

Very awful service, Do not use them. I called road service and I told them it is either gonna need prime or starter. They came and told, there is a problem with starter and they cannot do it and charged for that 450$. They charged me for 450$ for literally nothing. And after the I asked for discount since they did not mentioned about if there is problem we cannot fix it on site need to go to the shop. And we refused to pay that amount. After all once we denied the payment for that amount. The owner of the shop came and tried to get my truck with a tow truck and asked for 600$ for the tow truck but at that time even if we denied the payment we still paid for that road service. Can really tell it is a road service. Just Scammers do not use their service EVER AND EVER
I called RS for roadside assistance. A crew arrived, but the worker just sat in his vehicle and didn’t fix anything. After that, they demanded payment for two hours of labor plus a service call fee. We paid the full amount $446.80
Later, the same worker returned with a tow truck and tried to tow my truck for no clear reason, demanding an additional $600 in cash. I paid them $300.
This is how they make money—taking advantage of people who are broken down on the road. After that, I called another service.
I will never recommend this shop. Avoid them. They deceive people, charge unreasonable fees, and don’t know how to do their job.
These guys deserve every star I gave them. I've been over the road for 35 years so naturally when there's an issue it's always somewhere away from home base and there are many shops that realize this and take advantage. My def filter was clogged up I found this shop limped in they were the definition of the word professional hooked up to my truck did diagnostics determined it was something which needed a thorough cleaning was best brought to a facility which had the kiln to do it, go in to settle up the bill fully expecting the 400 dollar we have a computer you don't fee much to my surprise they said listen we spent next to nothing for time don't worry about it. I had to pretty much leave a twenty on the counter to get them lunch. After so many bad experiences what a pleasure it was to find straight up decent people out here. They have a customer for life I saved them in my maps and if I ever need any work done I will definitely be back because I know they can be trusted and they deserve my business thank you so much. I left this review the first one for you guys on Truckerpath as well.

From the time we walked in the door everyone made us feel welcome. Friendly, courteous and very good at pointing out things that needed attention. We have finally found a shop with integrity and honesty.
Even Maggie, Kenworth and Peterbilt made us feel welcome.
Towed my broken down truck from Atkinson to their facility and gave me a lift in his personal pickup to the airport down the road. The friendliest people I have met on the road in a long time. Thanks again.
I called this place to fix my AC but the guy there not good He told me that He will Five hours and all parts should be replaced without see my AC it totally rippoff shop .
One of the best truck repair in quad cities with fair price. I got air leaks from brake chamber in and out about only 1 hour . I recommend everyone there.
This is the best repair shop in town I just walked in an was able to get out in 30mins for a job that another repair shop said was going to take weeks ?????
The only reason I gave one star is because Google requires that as a minimum. Buyer beware. This shop is a complete rip-off. When trying to discuss the issue, they quit answering our calls and returning them. Shady as hell. Stay away.
We took an aluminum horse trailer with lighting problems to them. Had some challenges with one tech understanding that it needed better grounds and not to rely on the truck trailer connection. But senior tech actually made a house call to make it right. They do care and will make it right.

My driver lost his Prop Shaft on the highway. Chad made my truck temporary drive able , so I would not need the TOWING and My driver could deliver the load ( he was about 15 miles away from receiver). Once we delivered the load, Chad took our truck and fixed next day because that's the earliest time he could get the parts. Truck is back on the road :) Very nice people.
Broke down on the side of the I80 turnpike. Called and promptly got ahold of someone who dispatched a driver right away. They were not able to fix our truck on the side of the road. They set up a tow truck to take our truck to their facility. Once we arrived at their facility the owner took us to a hotel to stay the night, great customer service in my book. They promptly diagnosed our problem the next morning and ordered the parts to fix our truck. Great experience, this is how business should be run.
Bad owner change me 50 percent more for parts then the dealer if you are broken down on the road do not tow your truck there I will never go to this place again
