The guy in smalls is extremely helpful with what needs sorted, the guys outside also helpful with unloading scrap metal .. ladies inside friendly and efficient.. just learning to scrap metals and what is what and everyone here has been knowledgeable and helpful

Brought in 800lbs of aluminum, quality scrap, drops from our fabrication company, had a patio chair in it so they gave me$.10 / lb instead of $.45. They screwed me of $280 instead of just tossing a chair aside and giving fair price. Use Galva Iron and Metal instead. Galva Illinois.

Wasted time driving here to scrap an old ac unit I parted out and waited in line just to be told they don't take metal..or copper or aluminum

Mexican guy doesnt divide anything on scale. Just gives u "scrap" for piles of differnt things.

Horrible place to go the front tells you one thing and the jose guy tells you no.. never going back there again

It's okay they used to be the best price around but I found out that alters metal recycling Davenport pays more for copper wiring aluminum any such thing like that brass yellow brass

One of their semi drivers nearly ran me off the road. Dual turn lane intersection, him in the inside turn lane, me in the outside turn lane—he proceeded to turn into my turn lane mid turn, causing me to head into the shoulder briefly before I sped up to get around him, and then he had the audacity to flash his brights at me repeatedly, as if I had somehow done something wrong. I think the driver needs more training in proper lane usage, before someone gets hurt.

Would give no stars if possible. Staff wouldn't or couldn't answer questions. Acted like it was a inconvenience to even talk to you not alone help. Worst customer service ever.

Brought 41 pounds of insulated wire. Current scrap price nationally is .51 cents. They tried to pay me .09 a pound. I asked why they paid 42 cents under national average and they said it was entered incorrectly. I said so can you fix it and they said whatever the guy put it in as is what it is. Total rip off, find an honest scrap yard.
