Very personable and family oriented car lot! I had been turned down and denied at every single dealership and was terrified I’d be denied again, however that wasn’t the case! They were patient and thorough with explaining pricing payments and even challenges I might face. They not only got me into a vehicle but the one I wanted! Furthermore I was in test driving and driving off the lot with my vehicle in less than 3 hours! Love you guys! Thanks again

We purchased a car from them and we're financed, we ended up homeless due to some things happened and even though we made arrangements with them and paid late fees after fully paying the car off they decided they couldn't sell us another car because of the already mentioned arrangements. These people made money off of our late payment penalties, we still fully paid for an over priced car simply because we bought from a buy here pay here place. They claim to be for their customers but don't believe it. It'll be my mission to cost them as much business as possible by telling everyone how they treat people
I purchased a car from them 3 years ago. Car broke down and was unrepairable recently so I went back to see about getting another car from them. They declined due to the fact that during my last loan I had a few months where I was late often due to being homeless from a house fire. However I still work my ass off and paid off my car regardless of the fact that I've been homeless now they will not finance me again due to a rough patch I had due to a house fire. Regardless of the fact they got paid as well as late fees. I guess they're not into making money. Honestly I probably should have looked somewhere else anyway cuz the car I got last time wasn't worth what I paid for it. And yeah I am mad. I bought a car and threw tremendous difficulties and struggles I still managed to pay that car but I'm not good enough for a second one. Looks like they would want people who would work their ass off to continuously make payments even if they're late and pay off their car instead of having a repoed. And the block you on Facebook so you can't tell people lol
These guys are all great! I was in a tough situation with my vehicle and Chris and Jerry really worked with me to get me into something nice that also didn't totally break the bank. Thank you Kar Mart!
