Fast and friendly as always. Got my traverse in and out quickly and because I was working they picked it up and dropped it back off for me. Very much appreciated so I wouldn't have to walk in the heat with my kids or leave work. Thank you for getting us back running right and with AC again!!! I bought my traverse from them last year and I must say they went above and beyond to get me in the Traverse I wanted. They've been amazing!

If you’re interested in the whole story I would gladly share it with you. But if the owner of this business treats buyers the way he treated me the other day I wouldn’t buy anything from them. He’s selfish and conceited. Your time is not important to him. He’s only concerned about himself.

This is the second vehicle I have bought here. Bought local so i have a local knowledgeable service shop. Always a great experience. Sales staff are easy going non pushy and listen to what you need in a vehicle. The finance lady is great and gets you in and out.

First, the service staff tried to reschedule my appointment twice, saying they were booked up even though I had made the appointment well in advance. After checking, they discovered that it was their mistake and that I could keep my original appointment time. Second, I discovered there is an oil leak since the service job was done (this car has never leaked oil in the past).

It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I was the only one there. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I'm looking to buy a new car but I guarantee you I will not buy from Meier again.

Stopping in for an oil change, walked out with a new car! Well, almost like that lol. Recently stopped in to buy a new vehicle. Dillon hooked me up with a nice Trailblazer, had more features than I bargained for and didn't go over budget. Stephanie walked through all the paperwork making sure I understood everything we were doing and putting into the deal. By the time it was all signed and done, I traded my Encore for a Trailblazer and my payments remained very nearly the same. What a great team to work with!

They really stand behind their Warranty Forever! It's saved my butt, let me tell ya! I'm so thankful for Tracy & the gals in the Service Dept... very helpful & easy to deal with. If you're looking for a new (or another) vehicle, give the sales team a chance to make you a lifelong customer, too!

The people at Meier Chevrolet were great to deal with!!! They made this once in a lifetime experience of buying the rare collector edition Panther camaro AWESOME!! Do not recommend! Absolutely terrible communication by the salesman Dillon. Told him we wanted a car and sent in a app. They ran credit and never communicated. We had to call 6 times between two days and finally wait on hold for 15 minutes for him to tell us they took a deposit on it.

Although I don't own a GMC product. A year and a half ago, I inquired as to whether they would do minor work on my '08 911 4S. They assured me that their mechanics are all ASE certified and it wouldn't be a problem. I've had 2 coil packs replaced along with drivers door handle being repaired. I was very happy and knowing I'm spending locally. Just recently another coil pack went out. Asked them to tow car in and order part. I am currently stage 4 bone cancer... and this is the only vehicle I drive. Three days waiting to hear back I'm told to take my business elsewhere!???

Worst service I’ve ever had at any dealership! I took my car there for service and they were instructed to leave the keys in my car unlocked as they offered this option if I would not be back to the dealership by closing time. I returned to the dealership after hours to pick up my car and found my car to be locked! So then had to make the decision to call a lock smith or drive an hour one way to get the spare key. I chose to make the drive because there was no guarantee the dealership would reimburse me the lock smith fee as they were the ones who had locked my car. After returning to the dealership with the spare key to pick up my car I found that my keys HAD NOT been left in the car as promised at all! I’m fact my house key and my car keys were inside the dealership!!! The next day I returned and kindly asked for the dealership to take responsibility in some way. I which I had suggested a gas card to pay the the fuel spent on driving for the spare key. The owner refused!! He offered a petty $20 discount for me to get service done at his dealership again! I never laughed so hard!!! The gas prices these days and this guys has the nerve to think I would return my business to him!!! I do not recommend this place as they do not treat their customers with any respect at all!!

My daughter had her transmission flushed and refilled, oil change, plugs and wires replaced and cabin air filter replaced. Cost over $500. When she got in it and turned on the a.c. there was noise coming from the blower. Obviously they let something fall down into the blower motor while replacing the filter. They told her they could look at it but if it wasn't something they caused they would charge her. Now I'm wondering about the rest of the work that was done. Going to take it somewhere else and have plugs pulled to see if they actually did the work. It's a shame that a dealership with their super expensive hourly rate would screw up an easy job and try and double charge a 20 year old that is about to have a child. I see a lawsuit coming.

Great customer service!!! I would say this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car! Answered all of my questions and concerns! Cory was a great! Even though we ran into a hiccup they got the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend Meier’s!! So Go get you a new car today!! I will definitely be doing Business there again!

I was going to buy from Holzhauer's in Nashville but decided to by from my home town this time. When I got my oil changed, I realized I should have thought things out better. My oil change and point check was $65 and I was so shocked. $35 of the cost was just maintenance fees. When I bought from Nashville in the past and my aunt just bought a brand new jeep from there, the oil changes were free. I like the warranty for as long as I own my SUV but when I got home and looked through the warranty papers, I realized that there's a lot of hoops you got to jump through for the warranty to stay good. And paying high prices to maintain and fix the SUV is going to be one of the many hoops. I now understand why people feel stuck when it comes to taking care of your car properly. I believe I truly understand why people don't buy in small towns. I will read my papers better and call and talk to the 800 warranty number and see what other options I have so, I won't have to try to come up with money, just to get an oil change or small things done to my vehicle.

Nice and friendly place clean they get the job done. Only reason I would give a five stars because I'm a little irritated over the light bulb that needed replaced in the car that I bought there 6 months ago. They charge $35 for $5.95 light bulb. It's not like they needed to look for it or anything like that I just needed to take it out and put a new one in easy peasy. $30 in labor is just a little too much for my blood. Other than that like I said good job

They were very helpful the whole time! We needed two cars and had a certain budget. They got the wife in the first car perfectly and then they were willing to take the extra time and days to get me in the perfect truck!

I bought my second Blaizer here in the early 90's the dealership had a good working relationship with the 🏦 finance manager. My wife got her Impala in 2009 and we still have it. Looking forward to one day doing business with Mier Chevrolet since they bought the dealership in March 2018.

Wonder why I can't post a bad review? I got ripped off in my opinion. Was given promises to return vehicle or get one for the same price. When dealerships word that the car I originally bought was mechanically sound. And, have them tell me they couldn't read the code for the check engine light, so how did it just come on a mile or two from the place. And, if they cannot read the codes you cannot tell what is wrong with it. So, a chevy dealership that cannot work on a chevy but can look me in the eyes and tell me the car is mechanically sound. What did they do kick the tires and say, "Yep, this ones good." Ok. Ya got me for $4,000. Dang, sure not going to buy a $30,000 car like they had available. Spent $4, 000 to learn they really wanted to sell me an expensive car. Whatever. Shop there at your own risk... wished could tell the whole story but apparently it is too lengthy. Too bad, all you potential customers would have liked to hear what happened to me! Oh, I wouldn't even accept a call months later! Not that they tried!
