Had some trouble with my car on a Sunday, they got me taken care of and off the road fast that same day, in the shop and all fixed by Tuesday. Called me monday with diagnosis and parts ordered! Very well priced, managed, and the technicians seemed really well rounded in all I was worried about with the serpentine belt and alternator problems.
My morning started off with my work box truck breaking down on the side of Route 15 east of New Athens.
Got a tow from J&S and a quick diagnosis when I got back to their shop. Found out the closest part I needed was a little over two hours away.
Instead of having to wait at the shop all day, they had one of their employees drive me to a hotel I booked. They got the parts in the afternoon and my truck fixed before the end of the day...in under 7 hours. Then they picked me back up from the hotel to get it.
Everyone was nice and very helpful in the process. Can’t thank them enough for getting it all done in one shift so I can get back work and not out of business another day!
