The place is decent the staff, though some of them don’t really know what they’re talking about but other than that they have parts when you need it most of the time
10 out of 10 recommend. Have NEVER experienced customer service quite like that before. We were broke down, card readers inside weren't working, and the worker offered to give us a ride to the ATM! That was fantastic customer service
I needed to share something and this is the honest to god truth. Unfortunately I did not catch the young man's name but I needed to give him some recognition. My family and I were on a roadtrip to Missouri. Our minivan had a caliber lock up so we coasted into this Auto zone. (Going to be very honest here we typically go to O'Reilly's. ) So we go in and unfortunately the card read system was down. Like 90 percent of Americans we did not have cash on us. The gentleman working offered to give a ride to the gas station up the road. Well another series of unfortunate events they did not have the part we were in need of. This guy...this absolute hero of a guy offered to give us a ride to THEIR COMPETITOR so we were able to get back on the road! He went absolutely above and beyond and had fantastic customer service!!!!
Got the wrong part, was going to give it 2 stars but they exchanged it for the right part. That doesn't help that I still had to miss a day of work since they gave me the wrong part to start with but who knows in the future maybe they'll redeem themselves
I really appreciate the advice Jason gave me with installing a front license plate bracket. He also took the time to change a rear brake light for me. 5 huge stars for him.
Better than Oriellys in sparta!!! Atleast they have a few gentleman that know their products and how to look parts up! I actually have always wanted to work at this place! I know that with my interest in learning in automotive industry i would definitely succeed at a career here!!! Clean inside and out!!! Could use better customer service but that is everywhere nowadays! No one wants to work, people dont properly train, but all in all i do enjoy going to this store with my boyfriend!!! Ive not had any issues at this location of store!
I asked for a car diagnostic and they did I didn't have to ask for a print off paper they did that to (unsure if it's like that all the time there don't really go here much)
They are also help full but the young lady Cassandra goes out of here way to make sure you get the right part she is also cheery ever time I go in for parts
Cort did a great job helping us out! Our truck battery went dead . He put a new battery in for us. My husband just had shoulder replacement and couldn’t do it. Thank you so much!
Was here in Sparta Yesterday. The guy who helped me was awesome and a keeper. As I told him, I am a nurse not a mechanic. He explained everyone got me exactly what I needed. Great Job!!!!
I went to auto zone in Sparta, Illinois with a problem, and the Marcus the worker went above and beyond his call of duty to help me! Marcus was so generous and very professional in assisting me. I will continue to shop locally at Sparta Autozone because of the act of kindness that I received from Marcus.
I have bought my parts for my car from Auto Zone for 20 years and I like when u see the same face behind the counter. Mr. Dobyns has been there for years and I perfer he waits on me.u can get all kinds of things that have to do with automotive
