Took my truck there in 2023 for new heater core, 3 weeks later still smelled anti freeze. Called in 2024 owner said closed for remodeling. Now I have anti freeze pouring out from under dash
Do not take your vehicle to this untrained professional.Had my daughter's car for 7 months.It was supposed to be ready close to her 17 th birthday.He was given the car in Jan.of 2024.I dudnt get the car back until sept of 2024 He was paid in full to redo the head on a 2005 Nissan Altima.I call his shopno answer,I left messages.No call back,kept calling I was told he at lunch,from 1115 till 130.His secratar was rude to my daughter when she called about her car.My wife called, didn't have any info for her.I had to call Franklin auto the place that was redoing the head for bart.I had to call them,to give them the info about the car that bart was supposed to tell them.Bart didnt find it important enough to tell Franklin auto,the year,make,model,vin#.I had to tell them this info.Because bart was to busy not doing his job.Then bart finaly got the head back on the car.I pay him $2800.00 My daughter gets to drive her car for 150 miles the engine blows up.I call bart he's tells me to bring it in.I do he calls me 4 days later and tells me the news.He ask me how do I want to proceed,I tell him I've already paid him to fix correctly the first time.He says well I thought I got all of the antifreese out of the motor.So from bart not pull the drain plugs on the engine,he put new oil in the engine,along with the water he left in the engine.So water and oil can't exist mixing together.So the engine blows,so he wants me to give him $7000.00 for him to fix what he is responsible for.If you want to wait,pay for repairs,to a guy who won't call you unless it's time to collect his money,and not get what you paid for.Then bart is your your go to mechanic
