As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with positivity and help! These guys were soo helpful and nice! James got me in and out in 5 minutes with changing out my car battery and Ross got the equipment ready they were soo fast and knowledgeable ! I haven’t seen any car place with this much knowledge. They were great :) 10/10 I will definitely be back for everything :)
I came into Auto zone with head light issues...James tracked down the issue, and fixed it for me...it wasn't just a bulb..there were several issues...down to the fuses...
Very unprofessional to answer the phone. Pass the phone to someone else to take the call and then that person cant even bother to stop talking to everyone else to listen to what you need and wanna try and make you repeat yourself, all while you can hear them laughing and carrying on with other people. Amazing customer service !! James helped me for two hours changing some parts on my truck in the cold mind you. Him and all of his staff were very attentive and did a great job! Highly recommend if your going to break down somewhere I would pick this store 10/10 times lol

Can't speak highly enough of the DuQuoin Autozone. I went in for a new battery for my Ford Escape.. for those who don't know, the battery on the newer models is not the easiest to get to under the hood. Not only did Bill take the time to swap out the old battery for the new, he did so in a timely manner and explained the process (which included removing the air filter along with its casing, amongst other things.) Needless to say, the folks here go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Highly recommended!
Let me just tell everyone how great my experience was! Bill and Jacob went above and beyond to help me when I had a headlight out. Even though it was hard to get to, they jumped in and took care of me! I was having a terrible day and they restored my faith in humanity. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will continue to be a customer at this location!
Fast and friendly. Bought a new battery and they installed it with no wait. Manager was super friendly and wasn’t the least bit pushy about trying to get me to spend money on useless things.

Edited review. Had a real bad dealing with them that left a sour taste my mouth after years of them getting my money. Gave them another try recently and their customer service and friendliness has definitely improved. Doubling my stars to four
Isaiah came out crawled under my friend's vehicle after we noticed it leaking anitfreeze we live over an hour away . He was very helpful and considerate!!! He filled the car up with Antifreeze so thankful for his help !! He deserves a raise 👏 Thank you Isaiah!!
I was able to get a sensor bolt today. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund on defective parts. Was informed I need to go back to the location they were purchased from.😔

I stopped at AutoZone when my oil light started flashing. I purchased oil and washer fluid. Because the warning light had come on I was going to put oil in while still in the parking lot. Because I have arthritis in my hands I couldn't get the oil cap off. I went in and asked if someone could get the cap off for me. A young man named Mark W. Came to help me. Mark not only took the cap off he put the oil in for me and checked to be sure it was at the correct level. He noticed excessive corrosion on the battery posts so he got a wire brush and cleaned them. Then he brought a battery checker and tested the battery for me. I had not asked for all that Mark did and i didnt make any additional purchases. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MARK. Thank you.
