Called Inabit Towing to move a car for me. Driver arrived before scheduled time, loaded and strapped the car down and took it the garage without issue. Would highly recommend Inabit towing to anyone needing a quick tow or having a roadside emergency! Brett and company are excellent to deal with, priced fairly and professional.

These guys go above and beyond! I've called for a tow , and the driver was able to jump-start my car instead and save me a bunch of money, When I broke down again a about a year later, I didn't hesitate to call inabit again. The owner gave me awesome advice on the best place to get my tire replaced, and I was able to ride along in the truck so I didn't have to pay for an Uber as well. The driver was kind and courteous and made sure I was taken care of after unloading my car before he left.
Best tow service I've used. I've had to use them a couple times. Once to tow away from a wreck on a highway off ramp, time was of importance and they were very prompt. Always been professional and courteous of time and vehicle. Also had them tow from my house when time wasn't an issue and still did not wait long. My mother in law recently broke down on the highway a half hour away and when she asked who she should call, I didn't hesitate to tell her Inabit Towing. She also had nothing but great things to say about the driver that came as well as when she called the office with follow up questions.
My son’s cat stop working on the way to work. Siri g morning rush hour traffic on 474/74 interchange. I called and was frantic as he was running late for work and we didn’t feel safe leaving the keys. The team at inabit came and while they couldn’t take the car right then, they took the keys so it could be locked! Brett and team were great from the start and even charged less than they quoted since the tow was easier than we anticipated. I recommend them to everyone!!! Amazing customer service and understanding my worried mom heart!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Use This Towing Service!
I can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was with this towing company. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish.
First off, their response time was ridiculously slow. I had to wait over TWO HOURS for them to show up, even though I was promised they'd be there in 30 minutes. When they finally arrived, the driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He barely spoke to me and had no regard for my car or the situation.
To make matters worse, they charged me WAY more than I was expecting. The prices are ridiculously inflated, and the explanation I got was vague at best. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. They also had no transparency about the fees, and when I questioned them about it, I was met with a snarky attitude.
On top of all that, my car was damaged in the process. I specifically told them about an issue with my vehicle, and yet they somehow managed to make it worse. When I called to report the damage, they refused to take any responsibility and basically told me it was my problem.
If you need a towing service in central Illinois, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The lack of professionalism, ethics, overpriced services, and poor customer care is enough to drive anyone away. I’ll never use them again and strongly urge others to steer clear as well.
Called for service twice within the last two months. Drivers were so nice,kind and patient. Wait time was quick and price affordable. Keep up the good work. You have a forever consumer. God bless

Appreciate the reply but i get that not every tow company is the same. I called another company and they came right over and it took em 10 minutes to hook it up and be on their way. I could tell by all the problems you were saying was gonnaa add onto the price. The company i called doesnt do that. Flat rate.

My family and I had just started our long haul move from Davenport to Savannah, GA when we had an incident with our van tire. They picked up our van and trailer with their flat bed n took us to Walmart in E. Peoria. I am so very grateful for their assistance. Couldn't have been nicer guys!!
I am from Colorado and was traveling to my daughter's house in Indianapolis when I had an accident on the interstate near Peoria. I cannot emphasize enough how thoroughly grateful I am that this was the tow company that was sent to me. John was incredibly kind, caring, compassionate, helpful -- and even helped me calm my puppy, who was shook up by the accident. He went over and above any expected customer service by helping me find my phone, helping me get to the airport, staying with the puppy while I went in to rent a car, helping me transfer all my belongings from my wrecked car to the rental car. I believe he provided as much of a service by calming me as he did towing my car, even though it meant him going out of his way and taking way more time than would have been needed just to tow the car. I believe he must have been heaven-sent. This is the kind of customer care that is so rare, but so appreciated when you've had an accident. He humbly kept saying, "that's what we do." Well, that may be what John at Inabit does, but it is not what you would expect from a tow service. I am extremely grateful and cannot recommend this service highly enough. I would give 50 stars if I could.
