Rodney from Joe's Towing did an excellent job getting me back on the road after a dead battery! They were quick to respond, the staff was polite and professional, the technician was knowledgeable and experienced, and they charged fair prices.

Rodney Daniels has got to be your best employee! Rodney is the most knowledgeable service technician that I have had the privilege of working with, and that is over the course of 67 years. He provided rescue service to our car at the Peoria airport (replaced our old battery). But his level of knowledge, professionalism and communication is truly rare. You could tell that he loves his job because of his passion and zeal for service and making sure his customer/clients are satisfied! I would give zero Stars if I could. I scheduled a tow on Friday for the car to get towed on Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. the truck did not show up until 12:20 p.m. which I understand they got busy. I was quoted on the phone $120 cash, but when the driver got there he said there was an $18 mileage charge which I was never told about. So therefore I didn't have exact cash and would have had to use a credit card which leads to more fees. They added this mileage fee because the pickup address is East Peoria and the drop off address is Metamora which I told them that on the phone. The distance between the two properties is only about 3.5 miles. Once again I told them on the phone it was less than 5 miles between the two. To me that is predatory because if I was stuck somewhere alongside the road I probably would have paid it. So I called their dispatch to find out why these extra fees were added. Was I upset yes, did I yell no, did I cuss at her no. I asked what the hell was up with these extra fees because when I called I was very specific on all the details and was not told about any extra fees. Then the lady had the audacity to tell me to calm down. Which is why I will be using any other tow company except for them. The one good thing was the driver, super nice guy.

Joe's towing has always done a great job. Fast and reliable. Took extra care of my toolbox, getting it to my new shop. I highly recommend.

I had used Joe's Towing services in the past and was quite pleased with them. I am so glad I called them this time when my battery went dead in the mall parking lot. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and she got a driver enroute to me right away. The driver, whose name is Gabe, arrived within 10 minutes! While waiting for the "chargey thing" to charge my battery, I had a wonderful time chatting with him. He was professional, respectful and a joy to talk with. He cheered me right up and I greatly appreciated that. Please thank him again for being so kind and helpful in such a stressful situation. Gabe is definitely a huge asset to the company!! Give him a raise!!!

The driver who responded was kind, funny, and fast to unlock the door. Response time from when the call was placed until he arrived was pretty long. Price felt high, but is probably in line with everyone else. Just seems like a lot of money to pay for five minutes of help.

The front end of our pickup fell into the manhole that holds the electric for our well. (Yes, I know that sounds crazy.) We called Joe's Towing, and even though we live out-of-the-way, they sent a driver right out to us to pull our truck out. We didn't expect them to get to us so quick since the receptionist told us they were having a busy day. We were so grateful for how quickly they responded, and that the driver, Ryan, was able to get us out without any damage to our truck. This is the first time we've done business with Joe's, but because of their awesome customer service, we will use them again in the future for any towing we may need.

Jesse didn't give up in jumping my hybrid car. First we used the terminals under the hood which got basic electric power working, but the car still wouldnt start. Then he thought it would be worthwhile to directly charge the 12 volt battery in the back. The car started right up. He had me turn it off and it wouldn't restart until we disconnected and reconnected the charging cables. It took awhile to figure all this out. It was freezing out and I really appreciated his help.

I do not recommend Joe's Towing tow your vehicle as they towed my truck from Morton to peoria as I have roadside assistance and my Agent State Farm paid Joe's Towing for towing my vehicle but they took my vehicle to impounded because they dont accept insurance money even though they got paid and I literally had to go there next day to pay impound and tow im so pissed off. Dispatcher is rude as hell when im trying to work this out but instead yelling over phone and took my vehicle again I dont recommend this service

Ryan (#24) was a top notch pro. He drove up from Peoria to get my car from the north shore area. It was totally dead so he had to work his magic to get up on the flat bed without hurting the axle, etc… he was great. Appreciated his time and attention to the work and Joe’s team overall for easy scheduling and care. Highly recommend!

Got a flat on a Sunday. Joe's is who I call when emergency auto care is needed. They didn't disappoint. Arrived within the hour and changed the tire with care. Much appreciated.

I came out to a flat tire after a long day of work. Called Joe’s to get the car towed and they told me they could change the tire (I had an extra in the trunk). Arrived in about 45 minutes and got the tire changed in less than 10 minutes. Brian the mechanic and the women who took my call were both very professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend Joe’s!!!

Had an issue where I broke down in some pretty cold weather. Called these fellas up and they had me towed out of there within an hour of calling for a pretty low cost considering it was late. Hopefully I won't have to use a tow service again and all goes well but if I have to I'll definitely call them

I’ve used Joe’s several times for both a standard vehicle tow and a VERY challenging camper tow from a difficult spot on the east bluff. EVERY interaction was top notch, honest, fairly priced, & exceptionally great customer service. Highly recommended!

I'm giving Joe's a 5 stars because they are very professional and I have worked with Joe's towing starting back in the 90s. The only hick up that I had was, that I had scheduled them the night before to arrive between 9am and 10am and I had a no show by 10:10am. It wasn't a big deal nessasarly but I had mad arrangement with the garage for the vehicle to be there shortly after that. After a phone call back to Joe's I had a driver (Jeff) show up and got my car out of there and on it was on its way to the garage. Jeff the driver was apologetic about the delay and safely and quickly got my car loaded on the flatbed and away he went. The lady's on the phone we're very professional and helpful. All in all Joe's is my go to tow company. Thanks again.

Thomas was Very professional from his skills right down to his great conversation! He came out to Recover a Risinger truck that i was riding in and he is just absolutely super awesome! Definitely recommend Thomas and the company!

Great service and really fast. I had a customer who locked their keys in their car. So called joes, they were here within 20 minutes and unlocked the car within 10 minutes of being here. Customer happily paid the $85 and went on about her day.

Very satisfied customer. Office quickly answered my call. Process to send a Tow Vehicle was easy. My truck was in a remote area on a country road about 20 miles from Tow business. They found my location easily and were on site quickly. Tow technician (Jimmy?) was very friendly and knowledgeable of my trucks condition. He was hooked up and on his way in approximately 20 minutes. I will recommend Joes Towing to others.

Rodney was the service technician that came to my rescue for delivering gasoline to my vehicle. I have never met someone like Rodney before in a situation like this. He should be a valued employee, because he is a valued human being to me. He noticed my one rear tire was very low, he tested it and added air to where it needed to be. Checked to see if he had a call waiting, he did not. So, he checked my other 3 tires and added air to them. Rodney made this experience which started out to be such a nuisance and irritation to my day, one of the best I have ever had. He should be treated with respect by his employer and I give him high accolades. Well, done, good and faithful servant.

My tow truck driver Adison was AWESOME!! I asked a lot of questions and he was very sweet and answered them all!! I got to ride with him to ElPaso and we had great conversation. I would recommend Joe’s to anyone. Plus a Big THANK YOU to Jennifer for getting me booked with Joe’s.
