My car got stuck off highway like 20 mins away from exit. They told me 160 it came out to be almost 10 dollars cheaper then expected. I didn't know the exact location. They gave me discount and found it for me. And it took about 30-40 minutes to arrive. This is legit.

Quick, friendly. Was pricey but it was a Sunday and they put my tire on which one of the towing places said they couldn't do (which is crazy bc...were they planning to drag my jeep up their ramp?!?). Highly recommended!

Had to use Chucks this morning to tow vehicle to repair shop. Spoke with David who was the driver. He contacted me with an updated ETA. Was very polite and professional. He confirmed location of pick up and drop and then contacted me after vehicle arrived at repair shop. Very helpful and made certain that the confirmation email receipt was delivered to me. This has got to be the worst towing company in Peoria. They let their drivers drive anyway they want to you can call in and speak with the manager and he acts like he don’t care it’s OK for his drivers to drive however so I would not advise letting this tow company tow your vehicle. It will probably get damaged.

While shopping in Peoria I hit a curb and damaged my tire. I'm not from the area and had no clue who to call. They were WONDERFUL. Took care of my car, towed it to the tire place all with a smile and friendly service. Driver was amazing. Made me feel at ease, chatted and was so nice. Made the unexpected damper in my day a little easier to deal with. Thank you so much for great service.

Ill never forget the time i got arrested for a warrant. About a week later i went to get my stuff out of my car because i couldnt afford to get my car out at that time. I pretty much had my whole life in my car. 75pecent of my stuff was stolen from my car. And ppl that worked there had nooo idea what happen. Twice now, Chuck's Towing has been a lifesaver. They were the only tow company to answer their phone in the early morning hours on a Sunday, and they had a tow truck out to us in Chillicothe within about 35 minutes. Great service and reasonable prices! Will definitely call them first next time!

I'm actually writing this review to thank this business for its honesty, even though I didn't use their service. My vehicle broke down on a bridge...not the best place to be. I had called another company, who indicated they would get their next available person my way. Nearly 45 minutes passed, I called the other company back to check; they said they had no idea when they'd be there, and indicated another 30-45 minutes. I then called Chuck's and they told me it would be at least an hour. I thanked the person at Chuck's for their honesty and found a third company who could come right over. Thank you for being upfront and not leaving me stranded on a bridge for nearly an hour and a half thinking you'd be on your way, soon as the other company was doing. I went with the third company because they were available at that moment, but give this company a thumbs up for sure. I recommend Chuck's if you want to work with honest people, regardless of the outcome. Thanks again, and all the best to your business.

Great Service. Had two tires go out in Bartonville and needed towed to have them fixed at Costco. Arrived within the hour and got me where I needed to go. Truck driver was great. Told me a story about how his boss had just done a great thing for him and his family and his vacation. This tells me why the service was great. An owner taking care of his team and doing something out of the norm for his family vacation. No wonder the driver has worked for him for years and goes above and beyond. Will always call Chuck's for my towing needs.

I believe my service was performed by someone named Mike. Anyways, I called to have my car towed to the shop and they were there within the hour. He was polite, he answered my questions, and we were done in about 10-15 min. The tow price was very reasonable and I was left with a good impression. I will probably use this company again next time I need help.

12/25/22 6:00am: Wife had a tire blowout in Germantown Hills on her way to work as a nurse. Called Chuck's Towing and Recovery and spoke to a geriatric with a candycane in his mouth. He definitely didn't speak English. I managed to get him to take down my information and agreed to pay double what a normal tow is for 10 miles. Candycaned-mouth senior said it'd be a couple hours. 8:00am - Get a call from one of the drivers (Cody). He said he can come get it, but it's gonna be a few hours. 11:00am - Sent Cody a text asking if he is still available to do the tow. Cody responded, "Yes, I'll be there at 3:00pm." 3:05pm - Sent Cody another text if he would like to meet up and get paid for doing the tow. No response and completely ghosted me for reaching out without performing the service. This is by far the worst tow company in the USA. I can appreciate it being Christmas and was quite willing to pay your outrageous local holiday rates to have my car taken to the shop. I only pray my wife gets to treat one of your relatives from Chuck's Towing in the hospital with the same level of care you gave her today. I'm hopeful she forgets to put your loved one's oxygen mask on for a day, or gives them the wrong blood type so you feel a little bit of how we do based on your lies and lack of integral services in Illinois. I hit a deer on route 24 in Washington after crying, calling my insurance, other tow company’s, I called chucks. The man who answered the phone said one of his drivers would call me. He called me maybe 10 minutes later and said he would do it himself. It was storming, thunder and lightening (the whole 9 yards) he was prompt and respectful. I was still crying by the time he got there and towed my car back to my home in Eureka. He helped me through the first crash I had ever been in and even reassured me that my car is fixable. All the other tow companies said it would be about 2 hours before they got to me. Hopefully I’ll never need a tow again. But chucks will be the first people I call if I need it! Highly recommend!

The driver was very nice and helpful and took care of everything and we were on our way. Thank you for your great service.
