I want to give a big pat on the back to all the employees at ACE auto parts, they are polite, helpful & go out of the way to find the parts I need.
The guy I deal mostly with is Bob, he should be singled out as the best employee they have.

Fair prices. Helpful staff. Because of the rash of catalytic converter thefts in the Peoria area I asked if they were getting a lot of the coming in. I was impressed to hear that they don't accept them because most of them are stolen.
Sold me a jacked up part then they said they would replace it ....then they call me back and said they aren't taking it off !!! I have to come pull the part out my self out the car....when the defect part i bought ..they had pulled it out there self...and after he wanted me to come pull out the struts to replace me the defective struts he still wanted to charge me$$ for it after they sold me jacked up struts...NOT EVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
Just call in advance tell them what you mean and they will get it for you most of the time free place to go for used parts the guys that work there really nice prices are very reasonable
Great place for what you need and able to take off parts you need. Pull it yourself and save a buck. Good prices and always return to get other needed parts if you don't like to pay top dollar for new parts. I like it that way. Thanks to ACE USED AUTO PARTS.
Dont bother with these rude people.. the tow truck driver was the worse I ever experienced. .. I got the impression he was bipolar in 2min of talking to him.. he threaten to take my car to his lot and keep it!!! over his misunderstanding... he was yelling and screaming and using profanity.. His name was Danny. Horrible service.. definitely should. Not be dealing with customers
Guy behind the counter had an attitude instantly when I asked if I could get my things out of a vehicle that I got into and accident in, we know someone mutual and his attitude changed, we were never rude to him but he allowed me to grab my mail out of the car, other employee there that helped me was extremely friendly. Maybe the guy behind the counter had a bad day idk..
Cheaper than any place you'll find online. Guy behind the counter knew exactly what he was doing, found my part for me right away. Had it paid for and pulled in 10 minutes.
Fair warning if your car gets impounded here it will cost you 75.00 more than the towing and storage fee. They say it is a fee they have to charge to check and make sure there are no leins on your car.
Will be suing this company. Bought a motor last week with a 30 day warranty. They lied about the parts on it and will not honor their warranty on a $900 purchase. Motor sat too long and has metal in the oil. Gave a bs excuse as to why they will not give me my money back. Called to get owners name and they refused to give it.

Just saw the tow truck driver go from 0 to about 50 at the western and Bradley stop light with a car hitched. Completely reckless. Would never let them touch my car.
An employee drove the wrong way down Washington, a 4 lane road, just to take a short cut to their junkyard. He nearly caused a head-on collision with me. The other employees defended him. No one should ever do business with people this reckless and disrespectful.
I bought a used engine from Ace this past week and was told it was coming out of the SAME EXACT kind of car as the one I am having repaired in the shop.. My shop calls me today and lets me know that there is a difference in the oil pan set up on the engine(steel pan and not aluminum), which tells me that I've been lied to. I have since gone into Ace and questioned why it's not the same exact set up. After having paid for the engine and my shop looking it over.. They tell me it's out of a Pontiac and not a Buick.. And this Pontiac just so happened to have the same mileage quoted from the Buick? I will not trust this place again. I'll go anywhere else possible for parts after spending this much money and not having the slightest bit of satisfaction or trust for their business. Very unsatisfied customer.
Very unprofessional waited 3 days for them to pick up my vehicle. Multiple we will be there and no shows and when they finally did they low balled me so bad I almost said forget it but after 3 days I was just ready to be done probably there plan all along
