This is a towing yard not a salvage yard. If you're looking for parts you're not going to find them here. They tow cars, they don't really sell used parts. They acted like I was bothering them asking for a part and sent me away.
Called to see if they had a part I needed lady didn't even let me finish telling her what I needed when she busted out WE DONT HAVE ANY very bad customer service she should be fired that's not a way to answer your customers
Got a 2.8 engine for my 87 Camaro. They told me it ran good. And yes it started as soon as I turned the key. Really nice lady on the phone that took care of me . I would go back. Engine running like it should. Thank you all…. And trust me a 2.8 is really hard to get ahold of….thanks again.
Bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 for my son at a very reasonable price a year plus ago and it is a great car. I’m now looking for another car and will be sure to see what they might have available.
We needed to part with this big boy and no one else could tow it. Not only did A-1 Used Auto Parts tow it away in less than 24 hours, we were given a fair purchase price as well. We're very grateful for their service and curtious business.
Never notified car I cosigned for was impounded. Rude customer service. Car was auctioned off as i could not afford outlandish fees. My opinion, they run a barely legal car theft ring. They made $2300.00. I paid $3540 for a car I never drove. Regardless of personal situation, they failed to make sure i was properly legally notified. -- edited to respond to owner. -- Your response should tell everyone everything they need to know. Notice I said, barely legal. You were also rude and condescending in you response, just as the lady that answers your phone. The Laws need to be changed so the cosigner is legally notified and fees should not allowed to be charged until both parties have been notified the car is impounded. Once again, Legal or not, you people run a barely legal theft ring. You made $2300, I paid $3540 for something I never even drove. It is my opinion that you all are terrible and I wouldn't recommend or trust you to tow a tricycle. Have a nice day.

I honestly will never do work with these people again. They sold me a junk motor and “says they have a warranty” but when it comes to that they won’t do anything to help me. I’m out $650 for a junk engine. The lady I talked to on the phone was very disrespectful and was giving attitude the min she got on the phone. Cuttting a corner on cost doesn’t help in the end I’m warning everyone that is attempting to do business with this facility to save you time and buy new it may cost more in the beginning but the warranty on what you buy will be no ?’s asked at a parts store hope this helps everybody. “BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS”!!!!!!
Great place with excellent service. I found a part that no other parts dealer had in stock and it was reasonably priced. I handled the transaction remotely and the level of communications was outstanding. Highly recommend.
Bought a transmission for 700 dollars had mechanic put it in added fluid had a hair line crack in case. Called them they claimed it wasn't like that and washed there hands of the problem. Not only out 700 plus mechanic fee. Worst place ever
