I will never use this business nor recommend to anyone. My car broke down on me on War Memorial Dr. And Bacon Ave. They didn't take my insurance, I paid in advance to get tow to Galesburg Il. Took the driver awhile to find me on War Memorial, told him exactly where I was. . I have called numerous times for an invoice .my insurance agency has called, since July..still have not received. I keep getting the run around..I will send it out today, but never get it. I don't know why it so hard to email an invoice
Talk about knights in shining armor(besides my husband) , Randy and his son are the the two other knights in shining armor. They were very helpful, considerate, understanding and professional. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS IF YOU EVER NEED ANY TOWING. They know their business.

My car broke down on the way to work. I called Big City and within twenty minutes my car was being loaded onto a flatbed. John, the driver, was so friendly...he even gave me a ride and made sure I got where I needed to be! THANK YOU, BIG CITY TOWING!
