The drivers they have leave a lot to be desired. The flat bed driver just pulled out in front of me crossing traffic on farmington rd. Had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting it. Mind you it's been raining all day.
Super quick response. We ended up with a flat tire on the highway and when calling other companies either got no answer or one lady even hung up. JP towing returned our call and had someone to us in under 20 mins, car towed and tire replaced in under an hour!!! Excellent customer service!!!!
Fast and friendly. Really helped me out when I was having a terrible day. Hopefully I don’t ever get stranded with a flat in the winter for 3 hours again, but if I do I’ll def call them!!

They were very professional and happy to help! We will definitely use again if ever needed. they had everything that was needed and showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The guy that helped me was very friendly and amazingly helpful. And honestly they were not to horribly priced. It was reasonablely priced for having to come out and change my flat to my spare.
Driver just came out to help us. He pulled up never spoke to us. Told us he didn't know what to do. He backed up to our mobile home, hooked up a chain. He broke his chain put everything back on his truck and insisted on being paid for doing absolutely nothing!!! What a joke! Do not waste your time with this company!!!!
