Very unprofessional service they run, called for a tow and they showed up 2 hours after they said they would be there within an hour. Driver REEEEAAKED OF ALCOHOL AND WEED!! The guy did nothing but ramble on about nonsense and asked me if I did “powder”, when he hooked my suv they completely cracked my front bumper and bent something in my wheel assembly!! I now have over 1.5k in repairs. Not to mention when I called to tell them about my issues I had they said “ THAT SOUNDS LIKE A YOU PROBLEM”. Totally unacceptable practices they have there
Rude break stuff when towing. Completely ruined my car when I called for a tow now I have $2000 in repairs for damages from them. Smelled alcohol on the guy and he dropped a bag of white stuff on the ground and a glass pipe that shattered only thing they are dependable on is illegal substances.
Was there as a transporter and there process sucks, they want you to make a 24 hour appointment and get there and still have to wait until the vehicle get clean out.
Also when you ask them does the vehicles drive they never now, I was going 200 miles out the way and I have to come there just to find out the car is an (inop) a car that doesn't drive.
This one time I got there and mind you it's raining, I did everything possible to get this vehicle to start for over an hour, didn't work. So I rebook another car on the fly, why they told me I need a 24 hour advance appointment.
Called for a tow on a Sunday night. David from Dependable showed up before the quoted time, loaded up my car, even put some charge back into the battery during the towing process. Very courteous service. Due to the repairs needed I had to drop my car off at the dealership which was closed. David helped me fill out the drop-off paperwork and pointed out the key drop box. I would recommend Dependable for anyone needing to have their vehicle towed in the Peoria, IL area.
Matt and his team are awesome to work with! Whether they are doing local or long distance towing, the drivers are always friendly and it's clear they take great pride in their work. And Lori is always a delight to speak with on the phone.
Fast and friendly. Car broke down on way home from work. Called at 8 am. They had someone out to me within about 45 min. Got me and the car home safe and quick. Paid what I expected to pay with no issues. David was a friendly operator.
