I caught a flat I have no phone not there problem I understand but I left my vehicle for 2 hrs to come back and it's towed don't no where it is but Peoria heights police has it towed I'm just a trying human I finally get a a chance to call and find it almost 7 hundred dollars I don't have that if I did all my belongings wouldn't be in that truck but I understand this is how a business operate I actually just wanted to vent but trying to walk for 2 hrs to get back to a empty space lol omg some cars sit for weeks mines sat for 2 hrs and gone the last thing I had left gone
We had a car die from a bad oil change at a VERY busy intersection. Bob helped us out super quick, was so incredibly kind and got us taken care of so fast. 100000% recommend them. THANK YOU!
I had a really bad day today. Someone attempted to steal my car and really damaged it. When I called this tow company to ask for a tow truck to come, the man I spoke to on the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Then Bob came to get my car and was so very kind and helpful as well! Go Bob! Thank you guys so much! If I ever need my car towed again I know who I’ll be calling
Owner Dave, told me the police said I had to move my truck from his private lot.Dave told me I had a week to move my car which was cool.I asked who the officers were to make a complaint in which he refused and Dave called the police on me for continuing 2 ask.Dave then called the police the next day to get my car towed..Thanks Dave.Dont use this service at all.
Horrible experience!!!! Worst service I’ve ever received! Was told to meet at a specific time… I told him I was taking an Uber there to get my car. He said he would be there within 2-5 minutes… I waited over an hour outside in 32 degree weather!!! I kept calling and was repetitively told a few more minutes… even told 6 minutes per his gps and it was another 20 minutes! Charged $360!!! Didn’t even say sorry for the wait! Didn’t offer a discount as I stood in the cold for over an hour!!! Very rude!
The guy showed up and told me he didn't have a socket to get my spare down and to find out it was same size as my lug nuts. Then instead asking if I needed a tow had the nerve to as me well where do you want it towed to. I only needed a change of tire not towed I called another company if I was you I'd not waste your time. Very unprofessional and seemed to not want to do the work.
