I had a fantastic experience with AA On Site Road Service. They were reasonably priced, communication was spot on, and they showed up and finished the repair in a timely manner. Only downside was they didn’t take my card over the phone, but other payment options were available. 5 star service!

Jon came out to fix a Hydraulic line for me on my tractor trailer. He was punctual, and contacted me when he was 20 min out due to another job. Texting me when he arrived, and when he needed to get parts since I was at the hotel. Gotta hand it to Jon, without his help I would have probably damaged my rear ramps on my Car Hauler. He thought outside the box, fixed and got me on the road to finish my run. Jon thank you best of the NewYear to you and the Company.

Don’t used them He said will charge me $560 just to bypass a airbag which is 10 minutes job because is sunday

Stopped at the Loves RV camping for the night and noticed something wrong with our camper wheel. We called and made the appointment for the next morning because we were staying. Jon was great! As soon as he looked at the tire he knew what was wrong and explained everything to us. 20 minutes later, we're back on the road. Thanks Jon! We hope we don't need to call next time we're on our way through, but know who we'd call if we need to.

this place is especially my roadside tech jon i had broken down his was out on the scene in no time armed with his tools knowledge and one of a kind personality .. once he found tracked down the problem (loose fuel line under truck sucking in air causing to fall dead) he had me back on the road in no time .. My parking brake valve broke last night. AA fixed it, I drove two hours this morning than the valve separated from the air line when I went to set the brake. AA said they aren't driving two hours to look at it. Said to take them to court if I want. Stuck at a rest area waiting on another roadside service to fix it right. Late on the load I'm on and lost today's load.It turned out they did not set the air line onto the valve correctly. When I called them they said they did me a favor by not marking the part up 40 percent like they normally do.

My steering wheel tire was flat and the guy put a trailer tire instead of steering wheel tire. I noticed it when my steering wheel started to shake the next day. Date: 12/09/23

moving to Phoenix 130 miles in the move and had a major tire blow out cold illinois winter. Terry found us and had 2 tires for us to be back on the road safely fast - uhaul wasn’t clear to AA on our location that was Not his fault. Thank you Terry for helping us in that situation

It was icy out it was raining out and they got here as quickly as possible and got my truck back on the road quickly! The staff was wonderful!

0 out of 5. The service was very bad and rude. I needed service for my truck and the mechanic had 0 knowledge about the truck .12/21/23 i called the service and they repaired the truck. But the quality was so bad that the truck stopped going 5 miles and I recommend not going here.

I’m so thankful that Brian was available on a holiday weekend to come and rescue us! We needed a new alternator, electrical help, turbo help and rear suspension work. This is truly a knowledgeable young man! I cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you for helping us especially at a moments notice on Thanksgiving weekend!!!

Had a leaf spring break on my older camping trailer and I was actually stopped for lunch while traveling through and noticed the damage as a routine check before getting back on the road from my stop. I googled repair service near me and saw a review that was left for the exact same issue so I immediately knew who to call. I am a small business owner myself and take pride in knowing that my services get noticed when someone else google searches so I am making sure to leave a review and to help others that make encounter the same scenario while traveling. As the review that caught my eye, I can 100% agree that a technician was out quickly and the repair was done professionally in a reasonable time and I was back on the road to my destination. I can honestly give this 5 star review and hope it helps any one reading this, make the right decision and call this place for their repair needed.

Sometimes when you hit the highway, things don’t go as planned. That’s what happened to us on a trip from the East Coast to Sturgis, SD. Made a routine fuel stop and noticed that we lost the cap on one of the tandem axle trailer’s wheels. Stopped and picked one up, hoping to fix it ourselves. No such luck. Of course it was later in the day on a Sunday so finding a shop close by, was nearly impossible. Removed the wheel, grabbed the closest hotel and started making calls. Most places were closed and one said they could “get us in - middle of next week”. Luckily, Mike from AA Onsite Road Service answered our call. We explained our situation and he was honest in explaining the fee for the weekend or if we could wait, he would have someone out first thing Monday Morning for a considerable cheaper rate. Jon called about 7:30 the next morning and said he was on his way to our hotel. He was well equipped to remove the axle hub and brake backing plate and replaced it with all new parts. Price was fair and he had us back on the road by 11 am. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. He was just a great guy to work with, personable, honest and hardworking. No one likes to be stranded on the road, but if we needed assistance again, this is the guy I’d want helping us out. Thank You AA Onsite and especially Jon Lock for all of your help.

Traveling home after a 2 month trip, stopped over light in Bloomington, IL where we discovered a broken spring on our camper. Called AA on site Road Service and Jon came to our rescue. Jon was at our camper within a half hour and had a spring made and installed in the same day with time for us to restart our journey home. A+ service and Jon was outstanding. Thank you!

Jon was there quick and diagnose our issue right away. We were leaking gas all over the place in our Motorhome. Thought for sure we were going to be stuck for awhile but he came out right away and fixed our issue and got us back on the road. Very reasonable price and even gave a place to take Motorhome and tow vehicles to get washed after gas was all over tow vehicle. Thanks Jon!

These guys are awesome! They came and helped my husband with his trucks' electrical problem. John found the issue, fixed it and did it in less than 2 hrs! John even checked on my man 3 times after he was rolling too make sure he was good! These guys are amazing!

You all are the worst services I have ever seen. You do nothing at all, but come in look, and you charge for 3 hours. We have pictures of the gut sitting their on the phone for in hour, and never fix the truck. You had to send 2 other guys out, and you charge over a thousand dollars. I hope your company goes down hill, and a new company that will be better then y'all junkie shop.

Hey!! Air brakes locked up on my Freightliner M2...not a good time! AA was my first / only call because I could tell he (John) knew what he was talking about. He arrived quickly, had parts on hand..repaired the issue all within an hour. Therefore, he'll be my contact if I need service when in Bloomington Normal or close. Don't hesitate to call AA

Found our leaf spring on our camping trailer had broken when we pulled in for gas. Luckily must have just happened. Called our RV dealer who provided number for a local on site repair service. They said they may know another repair service near our location. We were 100 miles from home. They provided the number to On Site Road Service which was near our location. John came out quickly and replaced our leaf spring on the spot. We highly recommend their service. Thanks John for saving our day!

My Camping Trailer was stuck at a rest stop, Good Sam's referred me and I was very pleased. Leaf Spring broke on the camper - and he was there and repaired quickly. The gentleman who repaired was very good and professional. Thank you.

Only place within 100 miles who had the availability to get me rolling when i blew an air line on the 474. Fast service. Polite, yet REAL technician. ( I'm not a fan of the fake attitude "Yes sir!" Type) Price wise I don't have anything to compare them to, i feel they were better than reasonable. Overall one of the very few pleasant experiences I've had with a roadside maintenance company.

On my way moving from Tampa Bay back to Idaho I put the wrong gas in my diesel on a Sunday... I literally thought that I was going to be stuck for the night in IL until Monday when I found these guys on Google. Technicians were really friendly and honest with the parts and service price. They had me back on the road in a matter of a few hours. Thank you guys!

WHO DOES THAT? I called on-site about my truck about to go in derate status due to the def pump. I explained my issue to mike at Onsite and he told me he wouldn’t be able to get to me for several hours, but He has a solution. Mike talked me through pulling the speed sensor on the transmission and explained why it would allow me to get to my home shop. Well it worked... I avoided derating or breaking down on the road. What’s even crazier is he refused any type of payment. Mike and on-site are definitely throwbacks from a bygone error in trucking. I salute and thank you guys.... refuse of some sort of payment is not and option. More to come!
