Alan did an amazing job. Replaced my headlight bulbs and my wiper blades and I was outside of there in 15 minutes. I appreciate the GREAT service and his friendly customer service. God bless you!

I went to o Reilly auto parts to get a bulb put on in my car and the guy who works there was very friendly he put my bulb in and he was very nice I would recommend family and friends to go to o Reilly they have great service the guy name was Jeramey thanks again great job at 2 currency drive Bloomington il 61704

We were 15 minutes away from our destination after driving for almost 2 hours when tragedy struck. Our car started giving up on us. We persevered and got to our destination and ignored the problem. Later, the guys that were working there were really helpful and fast. Did they diagnose the problem? Yes. We're we able to fix it there? No. We got some fuel injector, got in the car and hoped for the best. Made it 30 minutes from home and the car stopped moving altogether. They warned us. Anywho, the place was nice and clean. Great service. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in and there was a heavier set girl eating at the counter with her boyfriend. Definitely not professional staff. I don’t want to see someone stuffing their face with food when I go in to get parts. I believe her name was elycia.

I came in looking for a cleaner, the manager took me right to the most expensive item and treated me like I was stupid just because I’m a woman. Your “manager” is the one who “helped”me not! Try not to be so rude and ignorant thinking women cannot fix their own cars!

Stopped by the store because I needed a new battery as mine was dying quickly. I was speaking with a very helpful girl at the counter (she's the only reason this got 2 stars) and other workers were speaking over us, one man was actually standing between us doing inventory and talking to someone over the top of us. Bought the battery and another lady there said that they couldn't put it in due to the make/model of my vehicle (Ford Explorer). I told her they've done it before but she refused. She suggested I go to the dealer and have them put it in. Ended up at Advanced Auto Parts on Clearwater. Extremely helpful put in the battery in probably 2 mins, didn't charge me for the install or the recycling. I should've taken the battery back to O'Reillys and bought one at Advanced Auto Parts, my only regret.

Bought some wipers, tried to install them myself (couldn’t, because I’ve got feet for hands) and came back. They put them on for me, super helpful chill crew. Thanks!!

The 1st store didn't have the part in stock, but told us this store did. Everyone was polite, helpful & we were in & out in short time. Great team, price & time. We had the part in & running before 9:30am. Thanks & we'll be back. Carpe diem & Semper Fi

I came in to get a quick batterie change and Elycia helped me quick and easy. the batterie was already installed once I stepped outside. Great team they have here.

Around the corner from our gym. I have Gone here for quick items that I need on the go. Recently went here for new windshield wipers and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Great place and the team is always helpful and friendly

Not a horrible location however every one of the associates seemed like they were in a bad mood from the time I walked through the door. They did have everything I needed in stock and were able to order one of the things I needed and got it there the same day. However I just overall didn't like the poor attitudes. I can understand not liking your job, however don't take it out on customers. Go find a new job.

The morning shift was nice enough to charge my jumper for me to start my van. Verified I'd be in at 4pm. Called asked them if I could pick it up at 5, they obliged and said no problem. I Go in at 5:15, ask the counter, lady looks for it, can't find it. Not an issue. They ask me to describe the employee that helped me. Old man goes "that was Chuck, who knows where he could've put it," in a negative demeanor. Lady offers to call the employee (also a manager),but old man employee threatens/warns "last guy who did that got fired". Asked lady if that was true, she shrugged it off, moments later, old man tosses battery jumper, making it slam on the counter, walks off in a huff. I ask if I can have my charger cord also. Old man retorts "No!", storms off like a child with O.D.D. and lady reassures me he's grabbing it. Situation was confusing for all of us but he had no reason to act like a little kid and throw a tiny tantrum with my battery jumper. Thank you Chuck, and that lady for being cool and genuinely good people. Y'all are half that dudes age but still are twice as mature.

Great friendly service! I'm pretty clueless about car maintenance. I've gone here for windshield wipers, headlight bulbs, etc. I really appreciate their help selecting and installing wipers and lightbulbs. Maybe easy for other people to install those, but like I said, I'm clueless about those things.

Place is a joke. Most of the people working are clueless and constantly give me the wrong parts. Last time I went there they have me the wrong brake pads, I returned them for the right ones… but the next box they gave me was a return and was missing half the parts. I’ll never go back to this place. And there prices are ridiculous, farm and fleet sells oil $3–$4/quart cheaper for the same brand.

In my experience, auto parts stores aren't necessarily the most courteous people to their customers. These are the nicest folks who really like to help. I go there, I send my wife there, and now I'm sending my 16 year old son there. That's the best testimony I can give.

Always friendly and helpful people. They have never given me the wrong part. The store also gives military 5% off. It also worth signing up for the rewards program. All you need is your phone number and email. When you go in just give them your phone number and you can build up points to get free stuff.

One of the only franchise auto parts stores that offers brake drum and rotor machining services. I have gone here twice in the past for this specific reason. Both times, none of the staff present knew how to use the brake lathe, both times they asked me if I knew how to use it (I do), both times they led me to the back and allowed me to machine my own parts, and both times I was not charged for the service I provided myself with their expensive equipment. I would not necessarily expect this level of service, but it has been my experience.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and don't hesitate to offer help when you need it. The shelves are really well stocked and if they don't have a part that you need today and can't wait for it to be shipped to the store they don't hesitate to send you to another store like Advance Auto or AutoZone or Napa. It's nice to finally find a company that really just wants to help.

Matthew was a huge help for me today. I don’t know anything about cars so it’s important for me to shop at places with patient, knowledgeable staff. The type of service he provided was exactly that!! He went above and beyond for me to educate and make sure I was fully taken care of!!!

Fast and friendly service! We were visiting from out of town and noticed that one of our headlights was out. We made a stop here. With help from the friendly and hardworking employees, we were able to make our purchase and get the headlight installed in 10 minutes.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We needed a new battery and were in a bit of a hurry. They didn't force anything on us. They gave us options and even offered to install it for us before we opted to buy the best they offered! Very happy!

This store is much more perfered than the store in Normal. This store they were so much nicer and helpful and over all just happy people unlike the location in Normal. This store manager kept my 10 month old busy while I was getting all my parts priced for my car. They were so patient and i could see the team work there between the employees there. I'm actually happy that I left the Normal store and went to this one instead. Very much recommend this store if your looking around.

Amazing service. Need help just ask Chad, Carlos, Luke. And the rest of the team.. They are always there to help.. Always in good spirit. Super helpful need a light put in they got you. Battery they got you. Wipers yep they got you.. Codes read they got you.. Don't know where the oart is located on your car they got you.

What a wonderful bunch of employees!! Drew helped my daughter get her car towed and sent her to a reliable mechanic. It makes me happy to know my college daughter isn't being taken advantage of. THANK YOU!! This post is actually for the Greenbriar Dr Store sorry!!

The service was awful!! They wouldn't honor a radio promotion that I even played for them saying their store doesn't participate in local promotions. Even after that I still decided to buy oil and filter, the clerk Andrew couldnt even recommend an oil weight for me and refused to use the computer to look up a suitable one. I had another customer over hear the conversation between myself and Andrew and follow me out of the store to apologize for the horrible service and assist me in finding the correct oil weight at an AutoZone down the street. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!!
