Professional staff, advanced facility, welcoming environment, and handles any problem that may arise. Brought my car in after a fender bender, I first met Jeff, who ecplained in detail which parts would need to be replaced and was happy to answer all of my questions. Working through the repair was easy and hassle free as Jeff had a plethora of knowledge and experience to get the car back together. The car looked great when done, though there was a new warning light on my dash. I brought my car back and met Gavin, who was kind and understanding. Him and his team of technicians resolved the problem and helped me get back on the road. Crash Champions helped me get my car fixed and resolved residual issues for me. This company may have many locations, but this location feels as if it is a family owned local business with the friendlyness and expertise I was met with. The facilities are tip notch and well staffed. I would reccomend this location to anybody who needs repairs following an accident. Big thanks to Jeff and Gavin, true Champions.

Amazing & diligent job from Crash Champions Harvard. My expectations were exceeded! Got into a small accident that left my car with damaged fender, hood, & bumper— Crash Champions took my car in day-of & finished up work a week later with frequent updates. My car door needed to be repaired. I had gotten one other very high estimate. A friend recommended I check them out so I did they went above and beyond. They were able to get the door on the same color which cut the cost down! They did a wonderful job and I am very happy with how fast they were able to complete the job! They even brought the car to me! Highly recommended! Great staff too!

They are always Nice and Very Knowledgeable. I go there for all my auto body work. They work with your insurance and help you get a rental. Also, they explain what will happen, how long it might take and what expect. Great Team.

Horrible service, the manager was very rude. All he did was complain about my vehicle and how it wasn't worth fixing it. I have an 05 tahoe one of the most common vehicles in the US. It is very easy to get parts for because, again, it's such a common vehicle. All this guy did was complain about how he couldn't do the job or get the right paint color.

The overall experience with Adams Collision was top notch. I dropped my car off on a Friday and it was finished a week later. I especially appreciated the communication, updating me on the status and holding true to their completion date (in fact, it was done 3 days early). In addition, I had asked if they could remove some door dings as a side project, since they already had the car, and I was ecstatic to see the silver dollar sized dents in the door were removed & buffed upon pickup. I will not hesitate to use Adams Collision in the future! Thank you for providing such great service!

Jeff and his team did an incredible job on my vehicle. The service and hospitality was wonderful, they called me with updates as necessary and were quick to finish the job. They even washed my car for me before returning it. I would 100% recommend them!

Initially gave this shop a 5-star review, because everything appeared good after we picked the vehicle up, they finished "early", ran through everything before the repairs they said needed replacement, and so on. Well...didn't last long! Parts of the front end started rattling while driving, lower cowling, grill, wheel wells, skid plate pieces, then a couple parts fell off. Took it to my regular mechanic and he had to get two new parts, a dozen body fasteners that were broken or missing that hadn't been replaced and had to reconnect electrical conduit at five places under the hood. I was initially told the headlights needed replacing also because of the mountings...they weren't replaced and are now loose because the mountings are cracked or broken. Seems like an insurance racket to me! Nearly $5grand in rather shoddy, unfinished work and routed here by the insurance company as a "validated" service provider! I expected better quality of work from both this shop and my name brand insurance company...can't trust most anybody to do what they say, or to do their best! Sad thruth! Apologies to anyone led astray by my initial review...hope it ended better for you!

One of the cleanest shops I've ever walked into , and it's been quite a few . When I got the truck back it was spotless , the interior detailed , even the tires shined .The body work done looks like new . The time estimate for completion was accurate . All these things are seem rare in my 55+ years of experiences but to get them all at the shop is just amazing .

Absolutely spectacular experience. I was very broken up about a tree having fallen on my 4Runner. Jeff and his crew took excellent care of my vehicle and I, dealt with the insurance company for me, and kept me updated thru the repairs process. He even got me into a loaner so I didn't have to take my wife's car. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. 10/10. Couldn't have gone better short of not having the tree fall on it to begin with.

I recently had some damage to my Jeep's sunroof (electrical) and scratches on the outside of the vehicle after an ice storm and a falling branch. I took my vehicle to Adams Collision Center and was thoroughly impressed with their service. They were transparent about the timing of the repairs and when the vehicle would be ready. I was thrilled when I received my Jeep back in better condition than when I dropped it off. Adams Collision Center went above and beyond in their communication and service, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I can't recommend Adams Collision Center enough for its fantastic service. I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle repairs. I have been to the Adams Collision Center in Harvard twice and both times have been outstanding. Great communication, great turn around time, and excellent work done. What really sets them apart from everyone else is their customer service. Had to take car back after a couple weeks, turned out a faulty radiator hose had a small leak (clearly the manufacturing was the issue). Called them up they saw me right away. My car is 2022 and they had to special order the part. The manager personally made sure we had a good fix for the time being while we waited for the part. He went so far as to give me extra coolant just in case. Just simply OUTSTANDING service. In the era of big name companies where you are just a number and not a face Adams Collision reminds us there is still ONE BEST WAY to do great business and that is to take care of the customer. Period. Thank You!

Unfortunately, I have used Adam's Collision for multiple repairs or estimates (6 or 7 times), but their customer service and quality has been great every time! They don't cut corners and use non-OEM parts even though my insurance has requested it. I will come back to them every time.
