My husband had a dead battery, so he bought a battery from Harvard Advanced Auto. The cashier didn't print him out a receipt. He was able to charge his old battery afterall, so he went to return the one he bought from the Harvard location. They wouldn't return it, said it was policy. A policy which he was never aware of, nor did he have a receipt. He went to another location, and they gladly returned the battery even without a receipt. Don't buy batteries from here.

That 7mm wrench worked perfectly. Everyone I encountered was cool and helpful.

Super service. Checked battery and check engine light. Jump started truck when battery died even though I needed to go elsewhere for warranteed service because they don't sell the Interstate battery i needed to replace

I order my parts from advance and I'll tell you the truth they'll have them there the next day or the following day depending on what you're needing but I most of the time they carry most of the parts that you need and it's a special order they'll order it for you and you'll get it the following day I'll tell you the truth I give them five stars they tried the hardest to keep their customers happy

Stood around for 15 minutes to see if anyone would take care of my needs. No one did, so I left. Now I don't know how many were working there so I have to take that into consideration. But at least tell the customer you'll get to them soon?

Eddie is the best. We had called ahead to make sure they had the part we needed, the gentleman was ready and waiting for me, helped me test to make sure it would work, and was so genuinely friendly, downright hilarious, and went out of his way to get us a good price. I will absolutely go here again just because of Eddie's service.

Needed to recycle some used oil, super easy and convenient to do. This place is the best!

Got a new/old car recently and needed some parts and had a good deal on them as well, one part got back ordered had it in 2 days.

Let's just say I am unimpressed. For one the clerk that took care of me assumed I had no idea how to change a rear windshield wiper because I am a female. He started when I asked for one, right from the beginning that he was unable to install it because he was not a mechanic and all I asked was that if he could look up what wiper my vehicle needed....ummm duh you don't need an engineering degree to install one. My opinion he was being lazy and automatically assumed that I needed the help. Well I didn't need the help but maybe somebody would have. If you don't know how to install a wiper blade maybe you should not be working at Advanced Auto parts.

They went above and beyond to help me get the right supplies and helped me save a decent amount with the online coupons. Great service and very friendly people.

They were awesome being a disabled veteran they went the extra mile for me when no other parts store would and Put on a liscence plate for me nobody does that anymore I highly recommend them snoman

Today I had my 2018 batteries checked on my F350 by Michelle. She saved me a bundle on new batteries. At the shop now having the alternator checked out. Thank you Michelle. Stephanie. Excellent Customer service!

That's the best store to go to for a parts in Harvard Illinois they have everything that you want and anything you can get and that's the way I work it I go to the best place and they got all your parts for for GM you name it they got it

This is one of the best autopart stores in the world. When you buy on line and you get what you pay for means alot. To many times I have gone to autoparts stores and they don't have what they advertise.

Great when therr y actually have what I need, but the staff are helpful and very nice.

Was a great place about 3 months ago or so iam in the auto parts stores 2 to 3 times a week was a great place in my opinion until the new staff took over now ill take my money to oreileys

OMG. I had to go in here for one simple part and they could not even find it for me. And then the week prior I went in for another simple Parts, adore clip, and it took them about an hour and 45 minutes to find me the right fit. Nobody in the store really knows what they're doing, so if you decide to go there and make sure you know what you're doing and what you're talking about.

Knowledgeable staff, don't always have what I need. But, they can usually get it for me within a day.

I got a battery here for my 07 impala and I was looking at spending $140-150$.... they helped me get it discounted down to $117!! Very nice staff

Thus location was great. Jessica (I think that was her name) was very helpful and the fact they have a complimentary tool box I was able to use made changing my dead battery super easy. I would definitely recommend this location.
