Real good people and fair. & honest first time scrapper here and the weigh guy/scale dude taught me more while cashing in. And front desk/clerk was super cool guy as well and not stuck up and rude like the other yards

It helps when they don't try to screw you over there are good people mighty river is a good company they always did me right make sure I got the right price

takes vehicles but wouldn't take my RV motor home

Their driver was extremely aggressive and rude in the rain today. After tailgating me for a bit their very unprofessional driver decided to flip me off after a truculent lane change around myself and a semi-truck. Very nice. One star. If I could go lower than that I would. Be more professional. Act like you've been on a highway before, especially in a marked truck that represents a company. Unbelievable.

You have rude employees and they think they know it everything and the manager is really rude owner or whoever he is he's really a smart mouth and know it all but I know a lot more than he thinks I do especially whenever you used to run it the same scrap yard

Decent prices given, pretty simple process; drive up and get weighed, get empty, get weighed get paid. Aluminum cans get weighed in the warehouse and they give you a slip

I have used this place 5 or 6 times cashing in cans for a little extra cash. Customers are pretty much ignored and people are rude. There was 3 guys there last time I went and two of them were pretty much just standing around staring at me and didn't say a word. Meanwhile the one guy who was actually working had to jump off the forklift and help me saying sorry I didn't see you there. Normally I wouldn't be upset at all by this but I had my 4 year old with me and a metal recycling facility is no place for a child. I was the only one there when I went and since I'm keeping my kid busy out of the way of equipment and your stuff some faster more courteous service would be nice. Thank you to the guy who actually did serve me though I appreciate you.

Fulse advriseing they gave me less then what there web page shows plus the weight is way off i weighed it before i went n they said i was wrong when i kno better other then that is okay been going therr for years never had this happen but some reason they did hope tbey can fix it
