I was really in a tight spot. My truck blew up on i55. I had no way home and no money to do anything with it. They towed my truck off the road, made me a fair offer for it and got me back home. Really nice and caring people. The owner Tim is a great guy and honestly a life saver. I don't know what I would have done if he didn't decide to help me.

I blew a tire while driving and roadside assistance contacted C & C Auto to take care of me. The person on the phone and the person who came to take care of the tire was very polite and well mannered. He knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

This place deserves 0 stars but it’s not an option. They had our SUV for 3 months! We were without a car that was a work car for a traveling nurse for 3 MONTHS. The communication was terrible, we would call and they would say they would call us back and never did. When they were “fixing” our car an axel broke and had to fix it. They broke it we shouldn’t have had to pay for it to be replaced. We broke down outside of pontiac and couldn’t get it back to bloomington and they were going ti charge $300.00 to tow it there. We needed a new transmission which was only partly covered by the warranty for some reason. C and C kept blaming the warranty company and the warranty company kept blaming them. However they never updated us we always had to call and would get annoyed at first when I would call daily bc they were not saying anything. A total of $8,000 of work on the car and they had it for 3 months. This was complete nightmare and wound recommend to my worst enemy. This place is awful and now we know sketchy too. If you need your car back in a timely manner this isn’t the place! We had to borrow cars from family members to get to work for 3 months and rent cars. We spent so much for this entire deal. BEWARE.. After the fact I had a few people tell me the owner owns a few sketchy places in town and the guys working on the cars are not the sharpest nail in the toolbox. Not trying to be rude but that’s the experience we had with them. We were also told it was one price when it was all said and done. When I was paying They said it was cheaper and had to call me back to make sure everything was right. It ended up being the cheaper price which I was happy about for obvious reasons. I just feel like all their ducks should have been in a row before telling us the price. Our car needed breaks and asked if we wanted them to look at it 🤣 it’s been 3 months! No thank you we will take our business somewhere else now that our vehicle is able to be driven on the road.

had to wait on Sunday a little but they were outstanding to deal with. highly recommend them... thanks for the great service.

These guys was amazing. We had a truck break down late night and they came and towed us very professional. We had them check out the truck to find out what was wrong with it which was a blown motor and we had to talk with so people before a decision was made which took awhile and they were very patient with us. We ended up deciding to scrap the truck and they worked with us very well. I would recommend them anytime

My son was in a car accident on the edge of Pontiac. The car was not drivable. The emergency responders called C&C towing to tow away both cars. I went with my son to the hospital to be checked out. When we left the hospital we went back to the scene as they were just taking his car away. We followed them to the yard and spoke with the driver as we needed to get personal items out of the car. The tow driver was very courteous and allowed us access to the car once he had it unloaded. They were very timely and accommodating during a very hectic time for us.

Had a rough morning and hit a patch of ice the wrong way then slid right into a ditch. Called C&C Auto & Towing, and they answered incredibly promptly, and got straight to the point. Told him where I was at and he said it'd be about a half hour as they were finishing up a different job at that time. A little while later I got a call and was informed they had an accident that needed immediate attention, and was very formal and respectful about it. Not to long after that I got a call from the tow truck driver informing me of the same thing, which I appreciate very much. It shows that everyone on their team are adamant about good customer service. Once the tow truck operator was able to arrive and help, he very promptly got me out of the ditch, put some air in a tire that went flat, and pretty quickly got me on my way. If you're looking for good, prompt, and thorough customer service, people who know their job well, and relatively low prices, I'd say C& C Towing is the place to go!

Towing aspect of the business is good, great even but when it comes to part sell it leaves much to be desired. Tried to purchase a simple used battery for them for 3 days. Finally gave up and went to Walmart.

Prompt, courteous, fairly priced service. Can recommend 100% and will be my go-to if I need assistance again, Thank You C&C Auto and Towing!

We got stranded on the side of the highway at almost 10pm from a blown tire, hours away from home, nobody else was open but Jason and Bubba from C&C Auto & Towing were open and got us out of a bad situation. Bubba was so kind to escort us safely to a gas station and hotel to stay overnight, got our tires fixed and brought us back to our car in the morning. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. WONDERFUL PERSONABLE SERVICE. GOD BLESS!

Where I'm from you call 5 tow companies and just wait to see who comes first . On a recent trip to Chicago I decided to be goofy and caused myself some roadside headaches. I reached out to C&C they answered right away and he stated a driver would call which Brian did and assured me he would be there and walked me thru what he had to do. Me being a tower of 26 years myself I eased them of the burden of rushing so I just relaxed . Brian came assisted us and we were back on the road laughing and running down the miles. One call does it all when you're in and around the Pontiac area nice clean and well equipped equipment and courteous and prompt service .

Was stuck for 7+ hours on Labor Day on the side of the highway, nobody else in the area offered new tires + changing them out at a reasonable price. Gonna name one of my kids after these guys. Life Savers.

Our car got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, when we were still two hours away from Chicago (where we were headed). It was 100 degrees and we had our young children and dog with us. After waiting over two hours for AAA to dispatch someone to us (which they never did), we finally connected with Jason at C&C Auto and Towing thanks to a google search. Jason (the manager at C&C) estimated that the tow truck could be there in 30-45 minutes. Brian and the tow truck show up just about 25 minutes later, got our car loaded up in about 5 minutes, and all of us were safely on our way to a nearby Walmart. Jason had even called the Walmart to ensure that they had a tire waiting for us that would fit, and that the tire center would stay open late to get us on the road. We showed up at Walmart and they were ready for us. We couldn't believe how lucky we were and what fantastic service we were given by Jason, Brian, and C&C. The price was reasonable and I would happily recommend C&C to anyone. They truly saved the day.

On my way to Chicago, our car decided to go out on us. Placed a call and help was there in a timely manner. We are not from the area so they were able to tow us to a location where a ride could pick us up at. 5 stars for the service received! Thank you again for taking care of me and my family.

Very professional, great folks to deal with. 👍 definitely would highly recommend them to anyone .two of my granddaughters have used them with no trouble , courteous and professional. Need more folks like these .

I waited for Enterprise Roadside Assistance for almost two hours. I called C&C, they quoted me a price, and he was there in less than 15min. After he realized I wasn’t out of gas, Scott ran back for the battery pack to jump me. All of that took less than 30 minutes and he was super friendly. If I’m stranded on 55N 3 hours from home ever again, I’ll be giving you a call! Thanks so much!!

I found myself in the ditch just north of Pontiac due to all the snow and ice. I called C&C and he showed up around 25 min later and got me right out. He was friendly and made the process super easy. Price was decent too. Thank you guys for helping me.!

Well done to their team! I was very worried about what the night would bring but they rescued us from the side of the very dark I55. They dropped us at our hotel and brought the van back this morning. We are very appreciative of their kindness and their service..

I broke down along Interstate 55 and limped into C & C Auto And Towing just by chance. At a low point during this trip they turned out to be a very high point with their extreme kindness, flexibility and how they treated me like family. They were wonderful and they went way beyond their job description. Thanks to Tim Sr and Jr and their manager Jason. Hope to visit soon under way different circumstances to see “my extended family.” God Bless

Most friendly and professional towing experience ever, specifically, DJ was amazing. He made a bad day a better one when I got a flat and had to be towed a half hour to a dealership. He stayed with me from pickup to key drop off at the Volvo dealership. The ride along was fantastic and I wish he and his wife a fantastic RV trip across country. Would definitely use again!

Absolutely the best towing company you can find . Was stuck at a rest stop with a flat , they came quickly and the tow truck driver was excellent and very pleasing . I would recommend if neededing any emergency tow or tire change ! They are the right people to get it done quickly and affordable

My friend was working in Pontiac, IL. On her way home she went into a ditch. It was cold, began getting dark and her phone battery was low.. She called me for help. I googled towing companies in the Pontiac area. The first company was voice mail only. I then called C&C... Not only did they answer immediately but Jason went out of his way to find my friend. We had no exact address but him and the tow driver found her. Once getting her out and on her way, They even called me to let me know.. I’m so grateful for Jason. His genuine care and willingness to help will always be remembered. Great customer service is hard to find these days but C&C has the BEST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you C&C!!!!!!!!!!!! Tow truck driver (DJ) was great! As for the business itself... They seemed nice enough but VERY unorganized. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Our vehicle was supposed to be moved to a different facility on a Monday but it ended up getting moved 4 days late. C&C racked up storage fees during that time so I guess it worked out for them. All in all our experience was ok.

DJ came and picked up our car from the rest area South of Pontiac. He was extremely careful about the way he got our car loaded onto his car hauler. Then he took our car, my wife and myself to Driscoll Motors. He even volunteered to drive us over to the Hampton Inn, which was unnecessary because Pam, the owner of Driscoll, gave us a loaner. DJ was a godsend on a Sunday afternoon and was a really great guy.
