I have been to a lot of auto parts stores, and have never encountered staff that was ans willing to help as Cody and Giano. After working a 12 hour shift my car failed and I pulled off and stopped at oreilley in Pontiac. Cody and Giano were so helpful and courteous. I greatly appreciate all the help so I could get home safely. They exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and knowledge. It was greatly appreciated and so nice to walk into a store near closing and have 2 guys that were willing to help instead of being annoyed. I am so thankful. Cody truly went above and beyond and I’m grateful for his excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Our vehicle broke down Saturday afternoon. We were on our way home to Jefferson City, MO. The team members at O'Reilly were very helpful with Diagnostics and we purchased the parts needed and were on our way home! Thank you!
