Vince went above and beyond to help me put a windshield blade that was not purchased at this location. I was traveling and had to replace my old windshield wiper. I thought it would be easy to put on per instructions but for some reason it wouldn't clip on. I stopped at the nearest Adanced Auto parts store and he was kind enough to assist me and my daughter. After several attempts, he managed to get it to clip plus it was SO cold outside! Thank you, Vince, for making sure my daughter and I left with working windshield wipers. A good review is well deserved.

Went to find fuses for my car and the person onsite let me borrow a needle nose pliers to remove my blown fuse. Good customer service

Nice staff but was told that wiper blades for a Mercedes can only be purchased at the dealer…. Not accurate

It's my main store for car parts. The staff is very friendly like Vicente, Néstor and Tracy and their colleagues too. They provide excellent service.

I usually have a fine experience. I went in last month for a can of sea foam and waited in line for twenty minutes while the manager refused to acknowledge me, and then told the only other employee not to open another register. Thankfully Tracy DID open another register, as there was a line forming behind me and the manager was fine to let us sit there all day while he chatted with his friend. It was hostile and rude and weird. I definitely will not be back. Shame since before this I spent quite a bit of time and money at this location. I’ll miss Tracy for sure.

Logan and Tracy were both very helpful in helping us get what we needed. Everyone here is also very kind and cares about the customer's experience. I highly suggest everyone go here for any of their car needs.

I came in Sunday and it was hectic when it really didn't seem like it needed to be. Shannon was sitting on the counter with her back to the door. There was a line and phones ringing, while Tracy tried to help everyone. Shannon clearly didn’t have any interest in helping out. I came in cause I knew Tracy was here, but it was obvious she was too busy to help me out. I was in a hurry though so just left and went to auto zone instead. Most of the time when Tracy isn't busy perfer her over any other store, she's pretty awesome and works way too hard, as anyone could see on that day. As I stated though, Shannon seemed to have no interest in helping anyone at all, and its not the first time I’ve come in to get help with something and had to deal with her, she always seems to have an attitude, and like I have inconvenienced her by asking for help, so I'd rather not deal with her anyway. When I can get her to help it seems all she wants to talk about is her personal problems, and they are a bit unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. I think from now on when I come in and Tracy is not here or is super busy I'll just go else where.

Went in to buy a battery battery was available and in stock but the guy helping me did not want to change it. 2011 Toyota Corolla easy battery to change. I could do it myself but when you buy a battery they're supposed to do it for you

Alfredo and another lady (I’m unsure of her name) working there were absolutely amazing, I drove an hour for a part and they showed excellent customer service

Went here yesterday (12/15/22) to get a new rear wiper for my minivan. During my initial trip, I picked up the wrong blade. There were two guys behind the counter, and they both were a bit overworked. Came back about two hours later to exchange the wrong blade (my mistake) and asked for help to pick out the correct attachment. The young man couldn't direct me, but his manager most definitely could. He not only found the correct blade within minutes, but installed both the rear wiper and my replacement front passenger one as well. I can see again without the wipers streaking! Great, helpful people!

Incredible, top-notch, out of this world service! Mr. Adam was an angel in this frigid night, he was extremely attentive and kindly helped replace my battery. He walked me through which batteries were best for my car, and guided me to pick one in my budget. Would give more stars if possible.

We came to Advance Auto Parts in Mundelein to shop for some of the damaged parts for my car two months ago and we got to meet this amazing lady, Tracy. She helped us in recommending a body shop guy and he came to out to be an amazing person to fix the car. So, thank you so very much Tracy for your time, care for the customers and your kind heart.

Best location there is! I can't remember the lady's name that works here but she is the best! I believe there's only one girl that works here at this location but she is great. I don't even live in mundelein anymore but I work out here. There is closer locations to me but I drive out of my way to go here.

I didn’t get everyone’s names but a young lady and two gentlemen saved my life. My car has needed 3 jump starts since I’ve been here in IL and I was about to call out for my next shift. Called about a simple question on my battery. Chris was pretty rude and said "You're calling the wrong place, I'm not a mechanic." Well Chris, I assume you're not the only person there, and there must be someone who can answer questions? Whatever, I'll just go to one of the other stores

I'll be honest, I normally go to Autozone for my parts due to the fact its the closest to my house. Well I called A.Z for brake parts for my Kia and they said yes we have them. I go to A.Z to get them and for some reason NOW they cant find them but they can order them and have them tomorrow morning. Fine okay I tell them to go ahead and place the order. Well after 20min of waiting so this guy could get them ordered we now missed the cut off time by 10min so now they wont be in for 2 days!!!! I canceled the order and went to Advance Auto. There I spoke with Nina who was so helpful. Not only is she super nice she is also very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. I was able to get my parts that night and was able to install them so I wouldn't miss work the next day like I would have if I waited for A.Z. Going forward I will be going to Advance for ALL my parts. Thank you so much Nina!!!

The Advance Auto Part's store in Mundelein is a great store to shop for your car it's a newer auto part's store that extremely clean and the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The Advance Auto Part's store is always kept stock with almost everything you need for your automobile, you are able to go in to get what you need and get out with very fast customer service.

No bulb catalog, digital or otherwise, so i had to wait for the 1 employee to get done with another customer. Headlight died running errands.. had to get home to my son since mother in law watching him had work. I rated based off the fact that these types of stores are for convience.. quick in quick out.. not the case here.

I am a manager at a local repair shop here in the Mundelein town and the advance team has been nothing short of being my best vendor, they are on top of everything with speedy deliveries down to the best customer service EVER!! The team ESPECIALLY one of the sale reps Miguel treats us more like a family! yes its a business and its there to make money however, they all go above and beyond and they have some of the most quality parts at an affordable price!! These guys always need the last minute supplies I need for any car project, from restoring headlights to applying rain-x on the weekends. Good price, good service, and a good store!

This is my favorite of the local auto supply stores. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ordering online and picking your part up is very convenient. Prices are very good. They always have good oil and filter deals (their store brand filters are Purolator Classics). 4 times out of 5 I shop here for car parts. The only other time I go anywhere else is because I want to recycle used oil filters.
