Martin shop im going 4 time is very nice hard working in my car and honesty work and nice people and responsible people and pick up and drop off some time he is great fully interested and solve problems in car, so my experience is very nice so thank you so much martin shop all working team is very good ?

Called the night before about getting the brake pads replaced. Martin was able to give me an estimate over the phone and offered to take a look the next morning. The next morning I came by and Martin was able to perform thr work on the same day. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and will return with future automotive needs. Thanks, Martin!

A few weeks ago, I called them up because my mom's car broke down, out of nowhere. I told the shop, over the phone, that I didn't know anything about cars and they were so clear, communicative, and helpful with the situation, making everything easy to understand. One of the guys even came out to look at my mom's car after he got out of work for the day. My mom and I will definitely be going to this shop for all of our car needs in the future

He did great work. He worked on my car pretty fast. 10/10 would recommend!!

This man duped my son-in-law out of some serious cash fixing up his Chevy. After several trips back and forth and more then a few thousand dollars he has a driveway decoration. Don't waste your time with those charlatans.I would put 0 stars but you can't seriously don't trust these thieves.

*WARNING DONT TRUST* My husband turned over his car to fix a simple leak, after months of having the car, he talked with my husband to "update" our old school car(paid about 9 grand) that he knew what he was doing, now 4 YEARS later, the car DOES NOT RUN it'll turn on and turn right back off, no other mechanic can even figure out what he did to the car in the first place, oh and the leak is still there. Took a part back to return to vendor, and not only did he NOT refund us, he never even gave us the part back either after saying the vender was no longer active, STAY AWAY. Now it just sits in our driveway, such a disappointment as it was a car we were hoping to pass down to our kids(86' Monte Carlo)

Martin is a joke of a mechanic. Low quality tools, low quality people and low quality establishment. I feel awful for the next person who has to interact with this shop. Please stay away. I beg of you. I have nightmares for the people that have to come back here. God bless.

Martin is awesome, honest, thorough and hard-working. He is genuinely interested in helping solve your car's problem instead of spinning the meter. He took excellent care of me and though I live 45 min. away (from Wilmette) I will be returning undoubtedly. Thank you Martin!!!

I brought my car in about a month ago and had to bring ti back in yesterday because I was experiencing the same issue again. Even though it turned out this problem wasn’t their fault at all, they still stood by their service, fit me into their busy schedule, and made me a priority. Their honesty, integrity, and commitment to truly taking care of their customers are rare to find these days. They took the time to fully diagnose everything and made sure I left completely confident and safe. I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism and the peace of mind they gave me. I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic!

**Warning** Do not let this place touch your vehicle! I've broken down three times after Martin touched my car. Almost two accidents and hundreds of dollars on Uber and "repair" cost. They will have your vehicle sometimes up to 72 hours with no up updates, no communication or transparency. No quotes either they fix it without running anything by you until it's done and it's time to pay. And if they finally can't get a hold of you like a few missed calls no worries they will show up at your house and drive you to pay him. Stay safe and stay away!

Moved to the area a year ago. I needed a full brake service and I was truly impressed with the hospitality and professionalism that their shop displayed. Not only did he send me detailed pictures and video of everything he fixed. Martin also called me the next day to make sure the car was running ok. When’s the last time an auto technician did that?! Impressed and will use again.

Martin and his team came to where my car had stalled and helped me to get it back to their shop. They had an update/diagnosis for me the same day and had the repairs complete a day sooner than anticipated. Pricing was very reasonable and Martin and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming here with any further issues I run into as my car continues to rack up the mileage!

As a retired airline mechanic, I feel I have the right to express my unhappiness with Martin Auto. I haven’t seen such inferior workmanship in all my years. Do you repair auto exhaust with epoxy fill because of inferior welding ? I spent just over $1000.00 and it’s still not properly repaired. Now it’s my turn at age 71 to lay on my back in my driveway(winter)0 and cut out the garbage he called an exhaust. 2001 Ford Sport Trac.

Martin is the best! He has been super helpful with my lemon of a Wrangler. His prices are always fair and he is always very transparent.

I was out and about about a month ago and it was one of the hottest days of the year when my air conditioning quit blowing cold air, so I had called a couple of places and no one was able to get me In, so as I'm on my way home I see Martin's Auto and pull in, he was happy to help and diagnosed rhe problem very quickly and made the repairs that was needed which was my compressor had quit working so long story short, I highly recommend Martin's Auto, he took care of my problem with no hesitation..Great job guys..

Martin is awesome since moving to island lake a couple of years ago I have had to take my cars in for a couple of service issues he is very knowledgeable and honest guy to work with if in the area and in need of a macanic definitely hit him up

Super fast and super nice, I really like supporting local businesses and I will definitely be coming back. Martin was very quick and charged us way less than the other shop in town. My car was so loud I had to shout to have a conversation while driving and now I can barely hear it. Super happy and relieved.
