Walking into this place is like a trip into the past - America may be crumbling but the heart of the automotive mechanic beats onward and you’ll find it here. You can breathe it , smell it and touch it within these walls and i assure you just a taste from this establishment’s fountain of service will make you a lifelong customer. A true blue establishment with all the fixings.
Major props to Rick in the machine shop - without his expertise and professional skills a crucial element to my restoration project would have hit a standstill and i plan to spend my money here from now on.
Went in and asked for a 20x1.5 Castle nut. Said they had it online. So I showed up to this dump. The guy behind the counter looked up "castle nuts" instead of "20x1.5m" and prodeeded to tell me he couldn't find them. I said why don't you put in 20x1.5 and see what comes up. He told me "that's not how that works" that's funny cause I typed into Google and the company website says it's here. These dudes are jokes. They will never amount to anything. Can't even look up parts now as men and then you tell other men they are wrong when in fact you are wrong completely, they wanna get defensive AT WORK. Like buddy you get paid 8 bucks an hour to punch numbers you ain't doin better anywhere else just punch the damn numbers! I gave advanced a chance looks like the only good auto store left is O'Reilly's. I got what I needed when I went there shortly after and those guys had no problem type in what I asked for and not some random jumbo of words that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for.
This place has been around forever! And why? Because they know their stuff, and more than likely, whatever you need, they will have it in stock! Plus, more than likely if you want a quality part for your vehicle, trust Antioch Napa!
NAPA in Antioch is the best auto parts store I've been to for the last 30 years. Everyone there has plenty of knowledge to answer your questions, and if they don't know, they check with someone else until the question is answered.
I've gone to other stores that were so-so and wished I would have gone here first.

Unreal selection of parts. If they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The guys who work at the parts counter know their stuff and are very helpful. Not to mention they have a machine shop. Only place I go for parts

I've been going to this napa for 20 years + - best place around. They have the inventory, and if they don't usually itll be there within a day. Great people, great place. Heavily recommended.

Always the rite part, you get what you pay for, staff professional and very knowledgeable. In house machine shop,if you are a veteran, you get a discount, they have always taken care of my vehicle needs. They are my goto for higher quality parts.
This place used to be great but now it's just awful. The last few parts I got from here did not last a full year. AC compressor bought brand new, dead within 10 months. Driver side axle done after 12 months.
I was getting ready to send my oldest daughter on a 6+ hour drive back to grad school but at the last minute noticed coolant leaking out of her car. After a closer inspection, I found a crack in the coolant reservoir and I know the car would not have made the trip. It was mid-day on a Sunday, mind you. I wasn't sure I could track down the part in stock anywhere. Contacted Antioch Auto Parts and not only did they have the part in stock, they pulled it and had it ready to bill when I showed up 15 minutes later. Had a great chat with the owner, Mike while I was checking out. I have been in to AAP before over the years and had aways been treated well. What I thought was going to be a complete hassle of a repair and postpone my daughter's trip back to school, ended up being a minor inconvenience. Had my daughter on the road about an hour later than she had originally planned on leaving. Antioch Auto Parts saved the day with their great service and friendly staff!
Great staff and they will load the car for me being disabled is really nice that at least I can still get parts (extra antifreeze, windshield washer fluid )even if the wife or brother has to unload
I drive past 3 other parts stores to shop here. Knowledgeable staff and a huge inventory. As complicated as vehicles have become it’s good to have a store like this around.
Had a rough time finding part cross reference with them. Seems not worth their time to help. Aftermarket reman starters and alternators have a higher failure rate than other providers in my experiance. Otherwise better service than some other places in area for auto parts.
