Shawn was very kind and helpful with changing my battery, showing me the product options, and verifying that my current battery needed replacing. I really appreciated how personable and welcoming all of the guys were as well. They made me feel comfortable while I waited for the battery change, which wasn't long at all, and I was confident that Shawn would do a great job. He's got the good fatherly vibes. His little shop doggy Lilly was an added bonus. I'll definitely be returning for future vehicle needs. Thank you for the great experience and outstanding customer service.

Absolutely the rudest person at the counter in all Chicagoland Advance auto parts I seen so far.. Refused to replace warranty item the failed less with in 30 days. Even the receipts says lifetime warranty. Selling knock off Chinese parts and refuse to replace. Never seen such additude in my life. Go to Autozone next door 100% better custumer service.

Had an amazing experience with Sean the store manager today. Our car broke down and Sean made the whole process a lot less of a headache. He helped us figure out what needed to be done as well as get all the materials and even install the new battery for us. Thank you so much Sean we appreciate your help!

From their own website...."AUTOZONE'S LIMITED WARRANTY. If a part fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, bring the part to an AutoZone store and you will receive a replacement or refund". Nope. Only replacement. At least at this location. Apparently the "or refund" is a typo. Found that out today.

I had been waiting for my husband to refill some of the fluids in my car when I stopped by and was helped by Sean. He was patient and willing to put the fluids in my car for me. I highly recommend this AutoZone in Antioch!!

Incredible and prompt customer service! I went in for a headlight on an older Toyota, and asked for assistance. The store manager, Sean was the one assisting me and was so helpful! He even installed them both for me. He also educated me on the process and how to do this again in the future. I only had the driver side headlight out, but he was informing me how it is often best to go ahead and replace both. Same advice my pops gave me when I was growing up. He told me to store the other good bulb in a safe place. He was thorough and really took his time. I really appreciated the assistance Sean. You and the team at this Autozone are amazing! I will be back for any and all automotive needs. Thank you!

My battery was super corroded, they installed it right away and took extra time to shop vac. the mess it created. Super helpful and fast!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Went in for a head light for my Acadia, and asked for assistance since I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. The store manager was the one assisting me and was so helpful! He even installed them for me which he didn’t need to do but I really appreciate that he did because the one side was a little more difficult. That is some great service!

I put in a pickup order as I was coming through Antioch and the technicians on staff jumped on the order and finished it very fast. Always great service in Antioch and Kenosha.

I had a brake light out and stopped by to purchase a replacement bulb. I had planned to swap it out later that evening at home, but the gentleman in the store, who rang me up, offered to help. He quickly swapped it out, with was super nice! Thanks much for an amazing customer experience!

I ordered brake pads and 2 rotors online and was able to pick them up shortly after ordering them. The only problem was that the 2nd rotor I was going to install was defective, so I had to put the old one back on. The employee I talked to on the phone about it was very understanding, and I was able to exchange it at the store without any problems or extra fee. Although receiving the initial defective rotor and having to make a trip back to replace it was an inconvenience, there was no hassle for the employee to replace it. That being said, the Duralast rotors I got were a lot dirtier than ones I'm used to, and took quite a bit more elbow grease than normal to clean off. I'll probably use a different brand next time

Came in towards the end of the evening and asked an associate if he had time to check our battery. He sighed and made it feel like he was really going out of his way to help. He offered no suggestions and didn't even know where our battery was located. I had to get on Google to let him know it was behind our passenger seat. At that point he said that he couldn't test it. No additional effort was made. 👎🏻. We went down the street to Advanced Auto and were helped out.

After buying some headlights for my wife's car, and having issues getting the light in, to the point of thinking we got the wrong lights, one of the managers (forgive me for forgetting his name), was able to come and help put the light in. Not an easy task as the light was pretty stubborn, and not the most accessible either. Definitely did not have to help installing, could've just shared the issue with me, and allowed me to struggle on my own. Great customer service and going above and beyond. Greatly appreciate the help. Car dealership wanted $95 for labor, then around $60 for a light ($43 for both retail).

Just left and had an amazing experience with the manage Sean. he changed my tail light and reverse light without me even asking for the help. its a simple fix that I normally do myself but he went above and beyond with his customer service which I greatly appreciated it. BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!

Mean to post this earlier, we were coming back from the adventure farm on 10/21 later in the evening and it started raining. That just happened to be the time my windshield wipers decided to no longer do a safe job. Pulled into AutoZone which was conveniently located on our way back and went inside. Sean immediately came to my help and looked up the proper wipers for my car and gave me low, high-end and personal recommendations. After I bought them he even went out and installed them for me (I couldn't find the latch to unclip). Such a nice guy and a great help on a dark rainy night. Thanks Shaun! We made it home safe and sound thanks to your help!

I went in to have some bulbs replaced for my vehicle. Sean K. was very knowledgeable and helpful in installing my replacements. Plus he noticed my car battery bracket wasn't secure and he installed a brand new one (which was a pain BTW), and did a great job doing it. He stayed an extra hour after his schedule too and didn't require any cost from me! I even offered to pay/tip him and he refused. Definitely will go back for more of my auto part needs!

Your rep Shawn was knowledgeable, kind, and all around great to work with! My check engine light went on. I went to a competitor first to get a scan on my car. Let me tell you the difference between the quality of scanner AND the customer service AutoZone and Shawn vs the other auto place! It was such a good experienceand Shawn deserves to be recognized!

Excellent service. They really helped me out when I had a dead battery. They helped me get my car to the store, and they changed out my dead battery for a new one. They also dropped a $22 fee for something. All in all, it was a great experience. I plan to go to this store as often as needed.

So our shop does a lot of purchases over the last couple of years. They have a commercial program. Today was a tough day and i was to be there @ 5:00 to warranty parts. I didn't get there till 5:40. Colton was already punched out but got me the part I needed to finish a time sensitive job for a plumbers truck. So that plumber gets to go back to work. We are truly grateful for his work and time. Thank you Colton and Stephanie! Stephanie was great help. Definitely great at her job and is now a new contact to help our shop needs. Very grateful for her help.

low and behold- cold weather comes and my battery dies and won't hold a charge. Thank goodness for AutoZone! They quickly found the battery for my make and model and offered me different options they had in stock. After agreeing on a higher quality battery to keep my car ahead of the game in winter, I asked if they would install the battery for me. I knew my prior battery was in bad condition but I felt terrible when I saw how hard the store manager (Sean Kaplan) had to work to get the rusted bolts off! Not to mention he noticed a few bolts that were missing to which he promptly went inside to look for a bolt that would fit! above and beyond! I genuinely felt that my car was in good hands which allowed me to leave feeling safe and satisfied. Thank you AutoZone, and a extra thanks to Sean Kaplan who really went out of his way to provide phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be recommending you guys!

I recently replaced the brake pads and rotors on my 2010 Honda Accord and had to borrow "for free", a brake caliper piston tool set. It saved me $30 to $60 for not having to buy one. I recommend this auto parts store over any others in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Auto Zone
