At 66, I needed help with my trans fluid. I went into the Antioch store, and there was Chad. He checked it, looked it up, and filled it, and I was on my way. He was knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. But mostly, he made a customer for life. That was so easy. Thank you, Chad. I appreciate you.
I have been coming to this store for the last 5y. Have ALWAYS had a good experience with the staff, and the manager, when we needed help to figure something out for both my Ford and my Jeep. The staff has always had a pleasant personality and very professional when asking questions to help me better understand the difference(s) in the parts requested; also using the car computer reading device for codes. I recommend this store to anyone who asks.
I went in, hoping for assistance finding parts for my truck. Knowing nothing about trucks, I asked for help and received none. They wrote down three different part numbers and told me to choose. If I knew which one to choose, I wouldn't have asked for help.

OMG. These guys are amazing. Lost my wiper driving in a rain storm at 530 on July 4th. Thankfully O'Reillys was still opened and the 2 guys working were beyond helpful. So grateful they were still opened on a holiday.
The service was excellent! They were very professional and the part I needed for my vehicle was reasonably priced. They even installed the part for me. 😊
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Antioch helped me on a very cold day when I greatly needed it. This was in February 2020, with the temperature below zero and my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working, creating a dangerous driving situation because I couldn't see out my windshield. I stopped at O'Reilly for windshield wiper fluid. They made the right recommendation for the cold temperature, and even helped me put it in. Thank you for the help and great service.
Great place to get auto parts since most of the time other stores do not have what your looking for in stock. They always have what i need in stock and even for a Mercedes which is GREAT.
This place is really clean and nice. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. This place lets you use tools with a deposit and then return them for the deposit back. Only thing I didn’t like is that they had a sign on the door requiring masks/face coverings be worn but there were several customers inside without. Otherwise a great store that we’ve never had problems with!
Went to two dealerships looking for parts, assuming they were dealer items. Four plus hours later, went to O’Reilly’s in Antioch. Bob and Bob (two separate gentlemen) helped me and I was on my way in less than ten minutes. Best store and will be my number one stop from now on.
