Screwed up the absolute simplest thing. I asked for windshield wipers for my make model and year of vehicles. They sold me wipers that were not compatible with ANY vehicles of the same make even. Literally all you had to do was look it up and grab the part. I get that I could have done it myself, but that's not the service expectation.
I had a broken windshield wiper on my granddaughter’s car that I was driving 12/3/25 close to closing time. I walked in and asked the gentleman if it was possible that he could help me. He came outside looked at the wiper and explained what was wrong with it.
He was so helpful and polite. He replaced my wiper and gave me a perfect ending to a long day. Customer satisfaction is wonderful here at this store. I commend this store for its employees are very super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for their service.
Definitely wanted to go to auto parts stores in the area, All employees are great. Everybody helps you out, highly recommend Lisa and Dakota are great as well as the other employees
Lisa was amazingly helpful when I stopped in today looking for battery options. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different types and benefits of each one. Would definitely recommend. Great experience!

I stopped in today and needed a new battery the amazing men Dakota and Steven helped me find the right one and even replaced it for me! Amazing customer service.
Donna and Jason went far above and beyond to help us out and keep us on our cross country RV road trip. We needed and EGR valve for our diesel truck. Although it wasn't in stock at their location they located one and made sure the store was in the direction we would be traveling.
Donna and Jason you rock and can't thank you enough for all you did for us.

Not even a full minute into the store I got greeted by the rudest person ever. Im honestly praying she is not a manger with that attitude. I was being rushed before I even got to her computer. Not sure what her name was but she was an older lady that she claimed was deaf in one side which is not ideal as a cashier customer greeter. Save your time and go to the Oswego one or any other one. Sincerely the 2 guys that came in.
Walked in on a rainy day to get new wiper blades for my mother’s Jeep. Donna went above and beyond with helping us with the wiper blade attachments as there was some initial confusion. Recommend this store for their friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5/5
I love this place!! The employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And I love I can rent tools if I need to, like a torque inch wrench that I didn’t have. As a female, who is constantly fixing vehicles for my family, I was running into a lot of Issues at the multiple other parts stores. AutoZone is by far the best place to go. Parts arrive fast, besides their great prices it’s definitely the people that work there that will keep me coming back. They have a new lifetime customer.
This AutoZone is the best one I have ever been to. The manager Lisa and her team went over and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful. If you are going to support any business in Yorkville this is the place to support. They are true Angels in disguise.

I love this Auto Zone. They are always kind and helpful. They don't make me feel dumb when I don't know things and I often learn something before I leave. Shout out for Lisa who helped me find and install my new wiper blades.
I stopped in the other day and bought some wiper blades. The manager, Lisa was extremely helpful and put them on for me, because I didnt know how to do it. Such amazing service! Definitely will be back at this location for all my future needs!
I’ve always had excellent experiences when I come into this store. I’ve got an 18 year old SUV that I love! Lisa Reynoso is always so helpful when it needs parts. Last week, I went into the store and she installed a new battery in the freezing cold temperatures.
Lisa went above and beyond to install my new battery for me. Initially the clerk told me they couldn't install it because of a box on top of my battery, explaining that Autozone took away their permission/ability to change batteries like this (I've had Autozone change it before). From the back Lisa said she'd looked at it. She looked up how to do it and proceeded to change it out for me, and was very friendly about doing so. Thank you Lisa!
They were super helpful with changing my car battery. Noah went above and beyond. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. His demeanor changed a stressful situation (for me) and made it easy peasy!

I recently stopped in to purchase new wiper blades for my SUV. Lisa helped my find the front and back wiper blades quickly and offered to install them. She was knowledgeable and efficient while helping me and even answered some other questions. I appreciate her being so helpful!
I have been shopping at this location for ten years now and never had a problem. Always usually have what i am looking for and impressed on the knowledge the female employees have. If the employee you are talking to can't answer a question you have they ask other co workers, unlike other similar stores. And if they don't have what your looking for they can usually get it the next day
I cannot say enough about this store! Everyone in there is very knowledgeable. Tonight though the manager Robert R went above and beyond to help my son with fixing a part on his car. The customer service was just amazing. Even his coworker was amazing with helping out. I won’t shop at any other location! Thank you Robert again for all your help!
Lisa was the best. She helped me with my windshield wipers and saved the better part of what would have taken me an hour. Her recommendations for products to use and her attitude are why I come back time and time again. The store was clean organized and the staff I can't say enough about them especially LISA!
Alexis the store parts manager was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful today. It was busy in the store and he was doing a million things at once yet his customer service skills still shined!
