Jeremine is a wonderful guy to deal with I actually bought a battery but had to return after four days when it was not used at all. The guy is so nice to talk and really took care of everything. I wish him a good luck for the rest of life
I am disgusted at the manager of Napa, who I unfortunately had contact with recently! I was in a car accident and ended up in the hospital. Police officer had to park my vehicle in the parking lot of Napa. The next day, I called Napa and asked for the manager to simply ask if I could leave my vehicle there for 1 or 2 days to figure out a tow if needed or a ride to get there. I was also healing from the concussion I had endured from the accident. I am so disappointed how he treated me during a time when I was already down and struggling! You would think that as a manager, he would have them qualities that are of empathy, emotional intelligence, and communication! Definitely not! The manager has none of those, and instead, he tells me to get my vehicle off his parking lot, or he will get it towed himself and will not tell me where it would be towed too! All I hear after is him hanging up! Was that really necessary? Why such hostility? It's not as if I was obstructing his customers from driving into the parking lot! The nerve of him to treat me in such an inhumane way!
Don't shop there because it is obvious that he don't care about people, but only the money he profits from them!
I get to shop this location for work and personal projects. They do a great job of getting what we need and are always nice to work with. Highly recommended!
The store manager is very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a rotor lock screw. They didn't have anything but he had some screws that he thought might do the job, they did and I'm grateful I didn't need to wait a few days for them to come in.
5 stars ONLY because 10 isn't an option! I'm a truck driver out of Oklahoma, I blew a coolant hose over on 71 as I was passing through and ended up on the side of the highway. I called these gentlemen and told them what happened and what I needed and within 15 mins he was pulling up in front of my truck. I have had to call for roadside assistance a couple times for similar issues and it's pretty much a minimum of $500 every single time usually takes 3-6 hours , they got me back up and running in less than 30 mins for $128 AND he hung out and handed me coolant jugs until I got the truck full and pressured back up to make sure I was 100% good to go before he left. Absolutely the nicest guys I have ever had to pleasure of meeting out on the road and they completely saved my day! Thank you all so much!!!
I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed help. I said I was there for some car oil. He showed me where it was, he rang up my purchase and THANKED me for coming in. I wish I'd gotten his name (i was in Friday morning around 10 am) It's refreshing to hear that these days and with NAPA being so close to our house, I will be back. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and products.
Went in and got a battery and Mark and his staff were really friendly. He explained my bill and gave me really helpful advice that would hopefully really help me out. Thank you again Mark.
They were kind and helpful . We got stuck in a tornado and they let us sit and wait it out. They also seemed to have alot of tools ! They were so kind to our son , i would recommend them for tool needs and good service
