Stopped in here for some headlights for the 2005 automobile that I’ve been running strong you know keeping your car running requires regular maintenance and parts from your local auto parts store which I was able to find here. Young gentleman who helped me was very courteous and proficient at looking up part numbers on the computer and retrieving them from the shelf. Gotta respect the hustle.
This store really reminds me of the old days, back when “the customers were always right”(I know we’re not always right). Isac, the manager of this location is just above and beyond , he’s extremely nice , knowledgeable, and on top of that very professional, really the whole team is. This is my go to store even if I have to drive a bit further, passing Napa auto parts, there’re no good, complete opposite of O’reilly. Every time I call is like talking to my buddy that works there. They will go the distant for you and so I just wanted to give credit when credit is due. Keep it up guys!
I needed help cleaning my battery terminals. With with no hesitation, a nice worker came to help me. He disconnected them and cleaned them really well. He was very nice and understanding. It was really appreciated. Having customer service without a person buying anything really says alot about the people O'Reillys chooses to represent their company. Thank you again.
Richard was phenomenal! He was at the end of his shift and did everything he could to go above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Will only be using O’Reilly for auto needs because of Richard’s helpfulness.

I went in looking for a thermostat but they did not have it at that store. The gentleman behind the counter said if I wanted it he could have it there by 11:30am. I had other things to do...so that was perfect that I could come BK a little later and pick it up. Also went BK a day later to get some filters and the same guy helped me again but this time they had all that I needed. Just wanted to say Thank you for all your help and getting my part to your store ASAP for me.
These guys are awesome! My car died. Looked like it was the battery. Came in and they got me what I needed. Offered to install but it was dead at home. Guy offered to come to my house to install, but I was able to take care of it. Came back a couple days later and asked if they could check the alternator. Came right outside and checked that and the starter both. Great customer service!!!
My friend had a problem with her front left turn signal light. So we went here to ask for a new one and they seemed to purposely get it wrong so we can come back for it. We couldn’t get a refund since he gave us no receipt. Pretty bad service in my opinion.
The older gentleman named Dan is very respectful towards me every time I go in the other managers and assistant managers are snooty don't care and normally give me the wrong parts
Poor service older lady just had a big attitude rolled her eyes and said we don’t have the part and walked away didn’t even bother to help find the right part won’t be coming here no more
I called to ask if they had a part in stock and if price match amazon to which the employee replies yes. I drive in and show them the amazon pricing and the employee says that because the the arrival date from amazon is 6 days away he will not honor a price match. For the money saved I will gladly wait, and if I do ever happen to need a part same day it won’t be purchased at oreillys. Thanks for wasting my time.

Employee was very helpful. Some knowledge, but not very knowledgeable. Prices slightly higher than some retail stores. Good selection of useful products .
I find myself only giving reviews on establishments that far exceed expectations or totally disappoint. O'Reilly (most often using the Yorkville store) is my "go to" place for auto parts and help. The only auto parts store that I have never received a defective product or not given the best honest advice.
Thank u for taking care of my 16 year old son who came in to purchase new windshield wipers! Not only did Krammer help select the best pair...he installed them for him on the spot! Appreciate ur excellent customer service!
