terrible sales person Destiny , is this place even have a dealers license in Illinois , vehicles very poor mechanically but cosmetically they appear ok bring your own mechanic.Secretary of State police has a report and complaint they are now investigating . He also has a bunch of cars from out state events buyer beware.
100% would no recommend this place Bought a car for $6200 and check engine came on same day I bought it and engine blew up less than 1 month Mohammed is the one who sold it and after I came to him he said it’s sold as it is and wanted to charge me to Fix the car I basically paid for the shell of the car because I need to pay another $4k to get a new engine
I came 3 hours away to look for a van here expecting to throw some repair money at it knowing my luck. They had about 4 Town and Country vans and I ended up choosing this one based on engine sound and I'm glad I did. we drove it all the way back home and not a single code in sight. I even checked the Carfax at home and it looks like it was well taken care of. The car drives very smooth and I can't even feel the transmission shift! We gotta fix the AC but that's a well known and small problem.
It's always going to be a gamble buying a used car. Don't rush the process, check the tailpipes for smoke and take your time on that test drive so codes can be sure to pop up if there are any. Bring a scanner! Have someone start the engine and listen to it. Listen to it on the side of the wheel well where pulleys are too you don't want any noise.
I'm glad I picked this van out for my family. Hopefully there's many many more miles I can put on this through family trips thank you guys for your friendly service and understanding.
Would give ZERO if possible. I was interested in a vehicle I had an appointment made to see the car. I live FOUR hours away and come to find out they SOLD the car on me KNOWING how long a drive I had. And then got the audacity to pull out some other vehicle and start it and it was just KNOCKING like. ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE AND THEN I GUESS GOD BLESSED ME BECAUSE THERE CARS ARE CLEARLY JUNK LIKE THERE SERVICE. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ! There NOT exaggerating.
My husband bought a truck from here, paperwork was sketchy. When we called and asked for a breakdown to show the sales tax we paid, his response was “ it’s on the paperwork .” The heat wasn’t working and when asked about it he said it was sold as is to take it to our mechanic. This place is sketchy and I don’t advise anyone to buy from here.
I got a good deal here. So far it's been great. He was very honest about what was wrong with the car. I appreciated not being pushed into anything but it felt like an honest and fair place. Would definitely buy here again.
Also have been ripped off by Muhammad few years ago sold a car with a blown or cracked headgasket with enormous pressure when opening radiator even while cold running. Do not buy anything here.
Don’t buy car or van from this dealer. They are scammers especially the owner Mohammed. They sold a van to me that has bad battery, transmission and engine. 5 mins after I left the dealership, check engine light came up. I called immediately but the owner was rude and said he can’t do nothing
Was asking about a vehicle over Facebook, and then was told don't show up if you are going to waste My time.. and on that note I won't ever waste your time.. I'll gladly go elsewhere and spend my money with someone else
HORRIBLE customer service. Made a typo in an inquiry and was made fun of. Too bad...had cash in hand for a vehicle . I'll take my business to someone who values it.
Found very nice minivan at a very low reasonable price. The owner was friendly and there was many vans to choose from. If your looking a quality low priced car, you should check them out at indoor solutions.
Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for him to show up to his shop, I had to wait an hour for whoever had the keys to the car to show up. The whole time I waited, the man who appeared to be the boss sat in a back room smoking marijuana. It's been less than a month and the car I purchased has blown up, dude to an issue they never told me about but clearly knew about. Do not buy a car here. Do not take your car here. Clearly they don't know what they are talking about.
