I had the pleasure of working with Alex a couple days ago, and he could not have been kinder. My check engine light came on recently and a friend said I might just need to replace the gas cap, so Alex offered to put a new one on for me. He also ran a diagnostic test (I didn't know they were free) and the code for catalytic converter came up. He suggested I might want to try a CC cleaner to see if that takes care of the problem. It is definitely worth a try and would save me alot of money. I offered multiple times to tip him but he would not take my money. Very polite and professional!
Natalie took such good care of us by locating the right part in another store and putting it on hold for me. She even helped a second time to correct some mistakes we made. I’d definitely recommend this store above all others!!! Great customer service and they know what they’re doing for sure!!!
Employee told me they don’t allow customers to use the restrooms any more because one customer screwed it up for everyone else?
Is that a policy every store has?

I will say
The customer service from JT was so unremarkably exquisite that it shifted the tide from 4 to 5
His professionalism, his attitude, his experience with my issue in particular is worth the 50 percent mark up.
Still saved me a couple to few hundreds bucks so I can't be frustrated albeit I am entertained by the whole thing enough to comment about it. Which is also why he earned this place 5 stars
Shout out to willy too for helping me with my scan, and making the effort to keep a positive attitude. I've dealt with a lot of crumby people at autoparts stores so I'm happy overall that this was one of the few great ones.
I will come here before Advanced Auto Parts any day! Hands down the best experience I've had at an auto parts store, and I really think the customer service here makes the biggest difference.
The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was even more helpful in person. He had windshield wipers arranged by price when I got there, and explained the differences between them. He didn't talk down to me and let me decide after giving his recommendation. Not pushy at all, just genuinely seemed to want to help me choose the right product. 11/10 recommend
I was greeted when I walked in the the door. The store is clean and well cared for. JT replaced my windshield wipers and filled my windshield fluid, both which I purchased.
When I asked him about an issue I was having with my car, he checked my battery and alternator. He found that my battery is bad. I checked with him to see if one was available . I will be purchasing the battery on Thursday. I had an awesome experience at your store. I will continue to purchase what I need for my car, at this store.
Great place to do business with. Very helpful and they have a big vast parts section. Awesome place! And my husband is a mechanic, so for him to give a thumbs up, it must be great!
So a part was ordered and it came as it was supposed to but it was the wrong part.
Ordered the right part only for it to either not get delivered or something happened to it at the store. (There was some drama with a former employee the day that it was supposed to of arrived). Needless to say, I wasn't too happy. It was ordered again and it arrived the next day as it was supposed to AND I received a discount on the part due to it being missing the previous day. Which that made a difference in my satisfaction. Plus the part that was ordered works perfectly and I'm not only happy but I feel safe and secure now.?
I came to buy a headlights after hitting a deer. Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly! It wasn't busy. Stores very clean also. Heather was amazing and shared some deer stories. I went in on a Thursday to order a part that will be here on Saturday, super quick! I will be coming back here, regardless of my many auto store choices. Thanks guys!
