Would not recommend. Came in for a turbo and nothing else. Tried to send me home with 3 new codes. Broke a mirror while at it( they replaced). Drove and realized how many bolts were missing after looking at it. Dowpipe completely misaligned, forcing me to take it somewhere else to get fixed. didn’t know what they were doing. Put over 40 hours into a project they quoted to be 12. Put the turbo in and everything back together just to tear it down and do it again. Would not recommend bringing them a diesel

I'm relatively new to Manteno and was looking to have some exhaust work done on my Volkswagen. Parker Towing and Repair has a website that looked like the garage I worked in as a teenager back in the 60s. The type of shop my dad always used and worked on his cars. Anyway, I wasn't disappointed. Great people and they did a great job on my car. Got the car done quickly and a very fair price. These guys come across like they can fix anything.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all now this was the worse experience and customer service I’ve ever received from an auto shop. First and foremost I originally brought my car in due to my A/C making noises whenever I turned my car and A/C on and was told after about two days of them having my car that I had a bad motor which needed to be replaced. After paying $230 and them replacing the motor everything was fine for a few days then I started hearing the same noise again and so after notifying them I drop my car back off just for them to tell me a few days later that THEY REPLACED THE WRONG MOTOR and would need to order a new one and so after about two to three weeks of going back and forth I was charged AGAIN for their screw up. I had to constantly call everyday to get an update on my car because the communication was horrible and I needed to know a time frame due to me being in a rental car. Absolutely worst and most unprofessional experience ever and I wouldn’t recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here.

These guys treat customers like family. Repaired my car and when I didnt have a ride they picked me up in my own car when test driving it. Good prices and nice guys.
Theyve had a 2012 subaru for about 6 months now to replace an engine. Calling every other week to check progress because i kept being told it would be done “next friday”. Finally pick the car up, get 4 lights on the dash about 3 miles down the road. Take it back- the head mechanic takes me for a ride and stalls the manual transmission 3 times. Then the car wont idle. He wound up sending me back home with my car still messed up. Take it back today, the lady at the counter says “must be a operator error” because i now have 6 lights on the dash, on top of my tail lights are constantly on as if im riding my brakes. Go somewhere else- this place is nothing but excuses.
This place and the owner are great! He was extremely helpful and fast! Our big 22 yr old truck needed a new torsion bar which proved to be a little difficult working with 2 big old parts. Definitely needed a special touch and even so our truck was gone 24 hours. We were expecting atleast a few days! We will definitely be back for upkeep and anything else needed. Thank you again guys!!
Mike did a great job on my Tundra. I bought it used in 2011. Have had the brakes done at the dealer and two other places. After Mike at Paker Towing fixed them they have never felt better. He also talked with me about the brake problems I've had with the truck and made some helpful suggestions. I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Mike!

Parker towing and repair has been my family’s go to repair shop since I was little. I moved about an hour away and still use them, as I can trust their repair work. They are honest, take care of customers, and their pricing is fair.
I broke down on the highway. They replaced the radiator on my 27 year old vehicle the same day. Another local shop tried to push unnecessary repairs and wanted 2 days. These guys are honest. Very good price and professional service. Highly recommended.
These guys were great! Although they were super busy at the coldest time of year, they took the time to get my wife and kids all fixed up and on the road again. Both Dick and Mike were friendly, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!
