I would give them a thousand stars if I could they came to my rescue super cold almost out of gas and I drove on top of a boulder and got stuck with my kids in the car they were there in like 20 minutes at the most and they were super fast super nice

Needed to call AAA for a jump-start on Tuesday and then a battery replacement on Wed (yes, lucky me). The service by Shelton’s Towing & Recovery was prompt and effective. Couldn’t hope for a better experience! I really liked the father and the son. Both were professional and thoughtful.

Shelton ‘s service is the best towing service in Southern Illinois. Each time I’ve had I problem (locking my keys in the ca , flat tore) Their response is timely, their guys are professional and kind and I am thankful for them!!!!!!!!

Did not need towing only needed the jumper. As the battery was old and had 0 cranking power when tested at the shop. Thanks was able to drive to shop after the start with out any problems.

Shelton’s came to the rescue! Coming in from out of town, my truck broke down in a hotel parking lot. They responded very quickly on a Sunday morning and towed my truck to a dealership, for a very reasonable rate. If you need a tow or other assistance, I recommend these guys!

Low tire that the tech filled so I could take it the 2-4 blocks to the tire shop. I needed a new tire and new pressure sensor. The tech was great and I appreciated him.

Excellent. Oue vehicle became disabled on at a stop signs in Carbondale and Shelton was there in 10 minutes flat.

After working all night at the hospital, I needed his services for my car! He was there within 1015 minutes and only took about 10 minutes to unlock my car and jump it! Quick and efficient!

Several weeks I had a flat tire right outside of Carbondale. Jason answered the Aaa service call and was at my car within 15 minutes. It was a blazing hot day and he work diligently to retrieve the spare tire from underneath my van and had the tire changed in no time. Jason is true professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. FAST and friendly service. I needed a tire changed and was very pleased with the communication and service i received.

Excellent service. Very curteous and efficient service technician. We went through AAA so when they called Shelton's, it was only a 20 minute wait before they arrived. The service tech called to give us a time of arrival which was helpful. He had the flat tire off and the spare put on very quickly. So, we were very pleased with the service that we received.

I have had the occasion to need a towing service twice in the last 4 days. Shelton's Towing provided quick and reliable service and their drivers (Jason and Corey) were kind and courteous.

It's almost like this company wants you to leave your vehicle there so it can rack up storage fees. The amount of unprofessionalism when inquiring about paying for the fees, and pickup up your vehicle is astonishing. Rude isn't even the word.

Great service, deer hit my car, used roadside assistance, great communication, kept me in the loop the entire time. Once I arrived at the tire shop, realized they were cash only, called the driver, he brought it to the other shop, super friendly, very efficient. 10/10 recommend

Excellent service, helped me to figure out which shop was closest and got me there ASAP to get a new tire and make it to work.

I had a tire blow out and my spare tire was not accessible. Shelton's Towing and Recovery responded very quickley after I called AAA. The man that came out was very friendly and efficient and was able to access my spare, chang out the blown out tire and had me back on the road in a very short amount of time. This is the third time I’ve needed Shelton’s service with 2 different vehicles in the past year. Both of the men who responded to my call were courteous, helpful, and were on the scene within 20 minutes or so.

Cory, the tow truck driver, arrived promptly, after having texted me to say he was on the way. He then unlocked the car so we could retrieve items (which was a difficult task because of the tinted windows) before he towed it all the way to Marion, IL so a mew key could be made. He was very pleasant and polite during the whole situation and even when I called him back that evening to ask about a phone number on my phone that I didn’t recognize as his because I had failed to notice he had called as well as texted me when he was in transit to my location. What a thoughtful guy!

The tow driver was very pleasant and knew his job well. He arrived quickly so I didn’t have to wait long. It was a very pleasant experience at a stressful time.
