I am from originally from Salem, IL. Being a small town, reputation is king as far as staying in business. That said, I drove my truck from Nashville, TN to Salem to have Landers do the job. Couldnt be more satisfied. Nate and Tyler will treat you well ?
We had our car in for hail damage. We had excellent customer service from start to finish. We really appreciated the text message updates! They were very upfront about the whole process. We didn’t expect them to detail the inside of the car. That was an unexpected surprise! Overall our experience was 10/10 excellent! We will definitely be visiting them in the future!
My husband recently took his pickup in for a tailgate repair. He was impressed with the young professional staff who were quick to respond, they produced alternative options for prices and time required. Good results. Great service. Thanks to the southern IL deer, I have now had my car repaired 2 times at Landers and I was very pleased with the customer service and repairs done on my car both times! They handled all the insurance work, communicated throughout the process, and got it done in a timely manner. Not to mention they washed and vacuumed out my car both times I’m assuming as part of their customer care. Highly recommend!

they say on their flier that they provide prompt, competent, courteous, and professional service. lets start with competent, I got my first estimate of how much it would cost to fix my car and they forgot to put a broken tail-light on the estimate. said he did not see it. next is prompt I was told a different done date 4 times, what should have taken a 5 days at most took them 30 days. and professional, they got in my car and played with everything like a kid with a new toy, my seats where moved, the auto headlights was turned off, the auto climate control was turned off, they cranked up the air conditioning to max on my gas, they moved all mirrors side and rearview, etc. the only thing the got right was courteous. and when they finally finished I still had broken glass in my back seat and I was missing a safety seat latch cover. I will never ever let this place touch my vehicle again. The next day I noticed several scuff marks on my trunk lid, and a couple of missing paint spots. If they just fixed damage to my car why is their missing paint spots, and how did I get scuff marks on my trunk lid.
Wonderful experience! They only had my car for a day and they did an amazing job! They even cleaned the inside of my car. I would highly recommend Landers to anyone needing their car repaired!
