They are an amazing company and group of people. They’re sweet and understanding and they don’t charge an arm and a leg. They’ll get you from point A to point B safely and they’re pretty funny too
My work truck broke down in the early afternoon on a Friday and my truck needed to be towed over 100 miles. Due to the unfortunate timing and distance I was told by the person getting the tow truck for me that it could take multiple hours before someone might be able to fill my request. Luckily for me she called Holsapple Towing and Chad and Chad came to pick me up in about 45 minutes. They were able to take care of the difficulties that came with the size and weight of my truck and got me and my truck back to my work safely and I was able to get back to my home by 7:30 pm to start enjoying my weekend. Thank you Chad and Chad you guys came in clutch!!
The owner answered my call at 1 am on a Friday night and towed my 2500 truck back to the Saint Louis area for a very reasonable price. If I'm ever down that way and in a pinch again I will definitely use this place again. Very friendly guy and we had good conversation in the tow truck on the way back in the middle of the night. Thanks again!
Highly recommend! Daughter’s car broke down right at Patoka exit on 57 and they were there in 10-15 minutes on a Saturday. Towed to Russels Garage in Salem which is same owners i believe and had it fixed in a few days. Awesome service highly recommend.
Holsapple and family went above and beyond to help when my car caught fire on the highway recently.
The event was scary and rearranged my plans but I landed with people who haven't lost their souls and it really could have been so much worse.
Highly recommend these folks for straight answers, friendly conversation and a bonus light show that would cheer up a Grinch!

Owner Chad gave us a fair deal to tow our vehicle over 3 and a half hours back home as we were stranded traveling for Thanksgiving break. The ride was extremely comfortable back home and Chad was very easy to talk to the entire trip. It would be a better world if all companies worked this way.

Chad and his son came to the rescue when we ran out of fuel while towing a trailer, and were stranded on the side of the road in a really unsafe stretch of highway. It was pitch black out and raining, but they showed up and quickly put my car on the tow truck. Chad towed the trailer with his truck, which he took us to the gas station in. We refueled and were on our way. It was an extremely affordable service. Amazing, down to earth family business who came to the rescue in our time of need. Can't recommend them enough.
On sunday morning my rental car broke down near salem, IL. The rental place dispatched Chad to come to the car. Upon his arrival I expressed how the rental agency wanted me to stay put that i had a ride coming for me to take me to a new rental car. However Chad informed me that this is never the case in all his years of towing. He helped me deal with several calls to customer service and eventually took me and the broke down rental car to the nearest open location for me to get into another rental. This is true customer service at its best.
5 stars forsure! If you lock your keys in your car, Chad is the guy to call. Especially if you are in a hurry, I locked my keys in my car and he got there quick and had my keys out of my car in a matter of seconds, literally. 10/10 service.
I am so thankful for Chad who picked us up roadside in Illinois. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and able to get back on the road again. Luke was one of the best Tow Truck drivers I’ve had. He was quick to pick us up and it was a reasonable price. Highly recommend Luke as the one to pick you up.
Yea don't believe everything you read I was laughed at when I asked about fuel because I ran out on i57 northbound 20 miles north of this so called great business which says in the reviews jumps gas ECT . Do not call for roadside assistance.....
This man came and saved me and my fiance from the interstate and towed us to a safe place (O'Reily). So that my fiance could get the part/tools to fix his work van. He then told us he had another tow. But would come back to help fix the Van if we were still here when he finiahed and HE CAME BACK and helped my fiance. Then told me to get in his truck with the air as it was mid 80s outside. This man helped two people who happend to get stuck while traveling through his state/town. The man, his wife and i believe nephew as well as the guys at O'Reilys all went ABOVE and BEYOND. When they didn't have too. So thankful to for these people who showed so much kindness and grace to us. So that we could get back on the road. I pray God blesses these people !
No one wants to need this service, but we are thankful for Chad and Luke! We broke down on I-57 Northboand and they were quick to answer our call and respond to our location. We were safely off the interstate within an hour! Thank you!

This guy is great he is very responsible towing company. (Example) if it's a wreck he carefully loads the auto on his flat bed. He will then clean the debris from the road way. Very careful with your property I recommend this company for all your towing needs.very nice people as well
I called them up on a Saturday to get my car towed out of a pretty tight spot (storage unit) and not even 10 minutes later they were out there! I was thoroughly impressed with how they managed to maneuver the car out of such a tight spot. Very professional and friendly! Thanks Holsapples!

Couple weeks ago while moving my daughter into college and traveling back home late I broke down. Middle of a unfamiliar town late at night pulling a box trailer. (Just me and my dog) these guys got me to a hotel for the night. Then following day come back to check on me, went out of your way to help me get back on the road. Very reasonable on their price. Great service friendly and helpful crew, Thank you guys so much!! I would definitely recommend your services to anyone.
My family and I rented a car to take a trip and about 30miles in car starts overheating. The company said we got a tow truck on the way, and that’s when chad saved us from what could have been a bad trip but it wasn’t. Chad got us to our next car rental no problem. They were fast and kind. My tire popped on the side of the INTERSTATE in the DARK. It was really scary and I did not know who to call for help. I called and the person that answered the phone was really kind and came immediately to help. I did not have to wait. He very quickly and skillfully loaded my car onto the truck so we could get off of the side of the interstate. He took my car all the way to Mattoon for me and gave me a ride as well. 11/25/2022
My engine died 298 miles away on my way home from 10hr road trip when it's never had any trouble before. Chad saved the day and immediately picked me and my kids up and towed my vehicle 4 hours to northern Illinois when a lot of towing companies choose not to go far so it was my only hope! He was willing, prompt, understanding, patient and kind. I am thankful for this type of compassion that my children could witness in times like these!
Starter went out on the work delivery cube van at 9pm 10 hours from home. One call and he was on the way, tried to get me going first but when that didn’t work hooked me up and towed me in to Salem from
Centralia. Got the vehicle safely to the shop and me safely to my hotel, even stopped so I could grab a burger for dinner as I hadn’t eaten yet. Great service, fast and friendly. Hoping you don’t break down and need to use services but if you do this is the tow company to call!
