Great experience! Got stuck on the side of the road and they got me going! They were timely and very professional! Special thanks to Mike, he’s the man that made it happen!!!

Broke down @ 20 miles from them towing horse trailer with 2 horses. Back axle broke after bearing went out. Within 2 hours of the break down the one ton truck was put on a roll off wrecker, trailer towed by the owners personal F450 to his ranch where he put us and our horses up for a week while truck was repaired in his shop. Awesome people. Love them.

I had to get a tow through my insurance. And the service was fast and great! The guys who came and did it was so nice! And was very efficient. He also explained everything to me, for I knew what he was doing. Which was appreciated very much! I unfortunately didn’t get his name. But great service!

Very fast response! Was able to pull me out with just the response truck instead of using the big rig.

You deserve to be sued. This company came to do roadside service on one of my semi-trucks for an air system problem. When they couldn't fix it, we asked them to tow the truck—the worst decision I could have made. A small valve issue turned into a disaster for my truck. First, they charged me upfront before they even arrived and pressured me to pay. We paid, and guess what happened? The truck's steering column was completely bent, one tire was pointing to one side and the other straight, the deer guard was damaged, the underside of the truck's plastic was damaged, and the rear tires, where the problem started when we called the tow truck, blew out on the road, causing severe damage.

Look I normally keep these short and sweet unless there was an issue but this deserves a story. I run box truck expedited freight. Had a load Texas to Indiana. 3:00 a.m. I'm tired not paying attention listening to my music all of a sudden my truck shuts off I look down and I can't believe it I ran out of gas nearest gas station 6 miles north of me Three tow companies within my 20 mi radius naturally I call the closest one first I'm going to paraphrase. The guy for said tow company answered the phone and I asked them do you do roadside he said yeah what you got going on. And Phoenix military I'm very to the point. I said I am currently broke down on I-57 northbound approximately 4 mi from your location I'm in a small GMC box truck and I have run out of fuel I'm on the side of the highway. After he figured out where I was he said it's a gas or diesel. I responded with gasoline... My guy said we don't work on gasoline vehicles as respectfully as I could I said well thank God I don't need no work done to my vehicle I just need fuel I appreciate your time and I hung up the phone. So I can go sideways many different ways incompetence has no place on the highway... Now I called the second closest one and again we're not going to mention any names paraphrasing again.. got picked up the phone says blah blah blah towing I said hey man you do roadside assistance like jumping people off delivering gas stuff like that and he goes yeah why what's up I said well I'm currently 15 miles north of your location on I-57 North I'm in a small box truck and I have run out of fuel it takes gasoline.. I kid you not he laughs at me hahaha we Don't do that. That's respectful as I could I said what do you mean I just asked you if you do roadside assistance like jumping people off and delivering fuel for people who ran out of gas and you said yeah... He started to apologize I'm sorry I cut him off I said You know what I appreciate your time and I hung up. Incompetence has no place on the highway... Stressed aggravated and a sitting duck on the side of the highway The last one is Landers towing and collision and they're the furthest from me which is why I called them last. Will not be making that mistake again. This happened so quickly I don't even need to paraphrase. I called gentleman named Phillip picked up. I don't know if he can tell the distaste in my voice. I said look man I'm in a small box truck I have run out of gas I am 19 or 20 mi north of your position on I-57 North on the side of the highway do you guys do roadside assistance like deliver fuel and I took a deep breath. Mr Phillip without batting an eye said yes we do verified my location triple checked that I needed gasoline that I was in a safe position and he was on his way... 3 minutes!!!!!! Is all it took for Philip down at Landers towing and collision to take the call assess the situation and jump into action... Now I know what you're thinking.. The usual wait time because this ain't my first breaking down it's between an hour and 2 hours for your average tow company to get to you they are always busy and it seems like when you need them they're 75 miles out.. Not them guys down there at Landers... Philip was there in about 23 minutes give or take I was 19 minutes away... Not only was Phillip spot on they were safe , courteous, end up front about everything . Philip had that gas in there we did our paperwork I crunk the truck and Philip followed me 6 miles north to make sure I made it to the gas station.. look these guys have a dangerous job You have to be a special kind of person to be able to do what they do and still make it home to their families. A big shout out to Landers towing and collision, and to Phillip Man because of you I still made it on time and I still had 200 mi to go You guys will never know how much I appreciate what you guys did for me... You guys stay safe out here ?? So anybody looking at this review because you're broke down anywhere near or far from Salem Illinois do not waste your time calling anybody else call Landers they got you!!!!!

Chad is absolutely amazing this company is all out 10 out of 10 fast response and repair was amazing had me back up and running in less than a day. These guys are the absolute BEST! Derrick Vick was extremely hospitable and professional! I was stranded waiting for a truck to come fetch me and my trailer that was 3 hours away and they opened up their break room for me to wait at 9pm so not waiting outside in dark. You do not find that kind of service anymore. Our company does many construction jobs in the Marion Illinois area and these guys will be on our speed dial when any of our trucks go down! I can not express the gratitude and thanks I have for these guys! You folks are much appreciated and I will spread the word loud and far!

Amazing people. I called as soon as they opened and needed a tow. They said the wait would be an hour, but Derek showed up within 30 minutes or so. Dave got me in and immediately found the problem and had me fixed up the same day ?

Got locked outside my truck with keys in ignition. Called a locksmith service, payed in advance $170, waited an hour and got a message stating they can not find anybody. Called these guys (police gave me their number), in about 15 minutes their service truck was at my door, after another 15 minutes i was inside. $125, too affordable to be true. Very highly recommended!

They were able to get us up and running in a timely manner. Very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend them 100%

Great company! I was stranded on the interstate and the tow truck arrived at my location within 30 minutes. Jay was friendly, professional, and efficient. He called around and found someone to address my repair and I was soon back on the road. Highly recommend!

Man all I can say is that I spent my 4th on the road after having a car trouble and Phillip and to the rescue and not only got us out of the 93 degree heat but invited us over to his family's place to enjoy yhe rest of the 4th of July with fireworks BBQ a park for the kids, a pool, trampoline amd bouncy house. Made my kids enjoy their time for an already messy holiday. So thank you agai ln for the help.

I can't say enough about the Landers team! A special thanks to Miranda and the mechanics at his shop! We are from Texas and they worked to build our trust which is rare in the trucking industry. They towed our semi for a very reasonable price from another local shop that said they couldn't find parts! They worked with us to help fix our truck and get us back on the road. This was a very difficult situation and they went above and beyond! If you need experienced professional people to work with for your business these are the folks you want to call.

This is the BEST shop you'll find around Salem, IL. We used them couple times, and the services is great. Took my truck right away, fixed it quickly, and the driver was back on the road in no time. But the BEST part are the people who work over there! Thank you again guys!

Called Landers when a customer of mine reported his truck shut off on the highway. They responded quickly and found he ran out of fuel. My customer was taken care of and back rolling in no time. The tech who responded had great communication and the cost was fair.
