I desperately needed new wipers on a cold rainy night and Lisa the attendant helped me find the right product and offered to help with the install. Each one took her about five seconds in the dark. So glad I chose the AutoZone.

Came in the other day because I had issue with a car part. My side mirror popped off and I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I am not a car person at all so i had no idea where to start, but I was hoping to get some assistance from someone who KNOWS some car things at this AutoZone. Anyway, went up to the cashier one morning who immediately gave me a dirty look. Like i offended him for just walking into the store. I said I had a question, explained my situation, and showed him the picture I had and asked if he was able to help and look at it. Guy said “no” rudely. Okay…my bad? I understand if they’re not trained or specialized to look at the actual car, but bro just flat out said “no we don’t do that.” Wow such amazing customer service that was. I said sorry. Then asked if he had the part. He gave attitude, said no, and didn’t even bother looking anything up on the computer. I also tried to return the wrong mirror that I had bought. I ordered it and had it shipped from the AutoZone from Streamwood, but I have called that location and they said it could be returned at any AutoZone location. Well guess that man only knows one word because he said No. Didn’t even check anything on the computer or ask anyone, just condescendingly said we can’t return it because they don’t have the receipt on this locations computer (i literally had the receipt in my hand but ok). Well guess what I went to another AutoZone in Lisle and I successfully returned it with no issues! so I guess he flat out lied to me. Very welcoming and great (not) experience at this store.
Needed a new battery and one place quoted me at over $350 with labor. I knew what I was worth so I came over to this Autozone and let me tell you Michael did a great job not only getting me all set up with the right battery but also installing it for me, explaining everything. He clearly knows cars super well and he’s super efficient and polite. Highly recommend!
I visited this autozone on the 7th and some guy named Noah saying his name like people in there knew who he is looked off was at this location harassing the employees I was confused and not under standing what was going on one of them stayed in the back to avoid this guy but this customer kept swearing, other than that I got my car fresheners and left Zane was a big help
Absolutely awful place - barely any customers (for good reason) took 10 min just to try and help gap some spark plugs for the people in front of me. The only reason i came here is because of how close and convenient it is - next time i’ll go across the street to O’Riellys where people actually know what they’re doing. The manager daniel didn’t even want to speak to me and ignored customers just to work on his own PERSONAL projects in the back of the shop, meanwhile, leaving his co-worker to manage 5+ people even after his name was called MULTIPLE times. He does not deserve the manager title whatsoever and didn’t do his job at all. If i could choose 0 stars i would.
Lisa and Terry delivered a battery to me and saved my day. I’m retired and have only 1car and my battery died. They were extremely helpful both on the phone and with the installation of the battery. Very grateful and much appreciated.

My go to AZ!!! Been working with Lisa and Michael for couple years now and I got to say the service they provide is excellent. Coming from a shop I can see the sense of urgency they have to make sure we have the correct parts at the correct time. Definitely a pleasure doing business with them.
Lisa and Jim went above and beyond to help me fix my car! My car wasn’t starting and there ended up being additional issues, which they helped diagnose and found solutions for, taking much time and effort out of their day, and educating me about my car along the way.
