So my battery died. Roadside Assistance said I needed a new battery. "Drive to an auto parts store but don't turn off the car. It won't start again." I drove to O'Reilly's because it's close to where I live. This is 7:30 at night. I figured I could leave the car if they couldn't replace the battery then.
Eduardo took at look and said, "Sure. I can replace it." Fifteen minutes and he was done. He knew exactly what to do and suggested I wait inside because it was getting a bit chilly.
Then I had him look at a headlight which had gone out. He reached behind to see if there was a fitting and found a loose wire. Popped that back into place and I have a headlight. Very happy with selection and doubly happy with service.
My windshield wiper was falling apart and looked as it had rusted. BELLA was amazing and walked me outside and handled the whole situation. She’s an amazing help. Thanks again Bella for helping me drive safe with a new wiper!!!!!
I went here to get a quart of engine oil for my car, and I had never done it before. Tatiana, one of the employees, was very kind. She not only helped me find the right oil but also put it in for me.Thankyou so much.

Yesterday, my turn signals were frantically flickering. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Karla answered the phone when I called this O'Reilly. They stated it depends on the vehicle when I asked if they could assist me with the installation. Timini and Karla were able to assist me when I arrived at the business. Timini reported that there was a problem with the passenger light bulb and advised us to check the driver side light bulb as well. The time to change the driver light bulb was almost here. I'm really appreciative of their assistance. My day was brightened, and I felt comfortable behind the wheel once more. Coming here for your vehicle parts or issues is highly recommended. :)

My motorcycle died on me today and I had to walk to the parts store so I made the mistake of trying the competitor across the street- long story short, big mistake and they couldn’t even help me cross reference a battery (turns out they had the right battery in stock too, they just didn’t know it).
As soon as I realized O’Reilly was across the street I stopped in. George (he mentioned he normally works at a different location) was amazing. He was friendly, eager to help, he knew is stuff and he found my battery in 2 minutes, even offered me a ride if I needed help. Battery was the perfect match and when I returned the core I could tell they were so happy to have gotten me going.
It’s rare to experience this type of quality customer service anywhere in 2024 and I hope somebody hooks George up with a raise or promotion or something. He’s a real one!
If you call ahead, make sure they do a stock check on the shelf before you make the trip. I asked three times and they claimed that they had the items in stock, only to find they didn't have any at all!
I enter the O'Reilly store in Wheaton to get a refund on a gauge Artic refrigerant. I had explain to the cashier Thinmi why I was returning the item, cause my husband wasn't sure on how to use the gauge for my 2013 Chevy black Malibu. Thinmi and Donald asked if I would like for the both of them to take a look at my vehicle,. I replied sure , Thinmi was able to get my A/C working again. I was so happy and pleased Thinmi fix my A/C witin 10mins. Donald and Thinmi offer to check my oil level . My oil level was fine. The two gentleman was so patient and pleasant in helping a customer . They both deserve employee of the month for great customer service. They both went above and beyond. You now have a value customer that will continue to shop for all auto parts for my 2013 Chevy Malibu

Had some battery issues. Guy came out in the cold and tested the battery and the starter. Stated it was healthy and no need to buy a new one. Guy couldn’t have been friendlier.
Came to O’Reilly’s yesterday to buy a new alternator for my car. The lady who tested my battery said that if we brought the old one back, we would be refunded $40 and we didn’t need the receipt. After installing the new alternator after needing a tow truck, we brought back the old one. I was going to buy windshield wiper fluid. The young man working the register looks at my boyfriend and I and asked us for the receipt with an awkward smile like we were stupid. First of all, not only did you come out to jump my car after we bought the new alternator, but the lady who came out said we didn’t need it. Then the employee said we would only be refunded $20. After my boyfriend said the lady who came out said $40 would be refunded, he did it then. Needless to say, after that, I said no I won’t be buying windshield wiper fluid. I’ll take my business to AutoZone across the street. Last time I shop at O’Reillys!
I was in a jam and they had much better customer service than autozone across the street and were willing and able to drop the part off at my mechanic. I would really recommend them over the other nearby competitors.
I had a great experience this afternoon with a very kind man named AL. My wipers were completely shredded and my daughter and I walked in and Al found us the least expensive set of wiper blades, then came out in the freezing cold to replace them for us, all within minutes. To be honest I had no idea how I was going to change them, so was extremely appreciative. Thank you so much AL, you made our day :)
I am so grateful I decided to stop in at O'Reilly's today. One of my front headlamp bulbs was out and I needed to get it fixed before a trip. My regular shop couldn't get me in for two weeks so I decided to try O'Reilly's.
Jeorge greeted me immediately when I walked in the door and enthusiastically asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he offered to take a look at the installation process of my car. Once he realized it was easy to access, he went inside and found the part, quickly checked me out, and installed the new bulb. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
WAY cheaper than going to the shop and fantastic service. I will be recommending to anyone in need of wiper or bulb replacements. Thank you!!
I went to O'Reilly to pick up a rust treatment product for my brother. This particular product was out of stock. I asked the parts counter person if it can be ordered, he checked for me and said it will be in the next day. I paid for it and he mentioned you will get a call when ready. All in all great service. O'Reilly has a good selection for all your auto needs.
Very bad costumer service. The seller was very rude to me and unprofessional!!!! His name is Rob.I told him I want to talk to the manager.He told me manager call me later,but nobody call me back.I am very disappointment about that!!!!

Very satisfied with my visit here. I came looking for one hard to find item and the staff were able to help me it without hesitation. Their prices are reasonable and have nearly anything you could imagine.
Guy named Max who works there is the best...2 seperate encounters with him and he is extremely helpful and has that old school help you out and pleasant demeanor you can't find anymore. 5 star for sure.
I had a floppy rubber part coming off my windshield wiper and spent an absurd amount of time in the Auto Zone parking lot, alternately googling it and tugging ineffectively at it because the employees were not super helpful. I had the complete opposite experience here. It was delightful.
